I've been to this location a few times and have always had a great experience. They know what they're doing and have great "car-side etiquette"! I didn't realize they had "top off" for free service for a portion of miles after an oil change. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to the same Jiffy lube location on West main in Kalamazoofor the past 3 years. They are prompt and friendly and the service is great

Service was very thorough and some things were checked that could easily be ignored by the owner. Only thing not done was my windshield wasn’t washed. Hardly something to complain about.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. One mechanic was in training and I could tell from the instruction he got that expertise is shared and expected.

What can I say, I arrived at 1:45 and was greeted immediately. I came around and pulled in to a bay, 14 minutes later, the job was done, I'd paid, and I was pulling out. The staff was professional, friendly, and gave me confidence in their abilities. They even washed my windshield during the oil change Hat's off to the crew working June 1st. Stellar customer service.

I would take my vehicles there any time. The workers are very nice and helpful. And being a woman they don't push anything extra on you. And it's a good feeling.

It was a great experience. They were able to replace my wiper blades for me as well as checking the health of my battery and gave me an oil change. They were super nice and very helpful. They talked me through everything they were going to do on my car and was able to answer any questions I did have with a smile. Would definitely go back.

genuinely the best and most accommodating team i’ve ever encountered for an oil change or any car maintenence. my car began leaking oil after the oil change (not from the oil change at jiffy lube) and they were very agreeable to let me bring the car back to the shop and evaluate the issue. they went above and beyond to find the source of the problem and let me know what was going on (jae literally got under my car and took pictures to explain to me what was going on). on top of that when the full maintenance mechanic shop was unable to get my car in for 5 days after the leak was found the team at jiffy lube (eric the manager) allowed to me leave my vehicle onsite since it was unable to be driven. the rapport the entire team built with me during this very complicated situation made is much easier to manage. i would come back to this shop for anything i could just because of the people. highly highly recommend to anyone.
