Just always a great experience at this jiffy lube. Everyone has always been super friendly and not overbearing with pushy sales pitches. Because of this I trust their opinions and purchase add ons as needed. Thank you for the great service!!

Everyone i talked to was very nice. Didnt upsell me on anything and when i rejected some services because i was able to do that at home they were very nice and understanding.

I've been to this location a few times and have always had a great experience. They know what they're doing and have great "car-side etiquette"! I didn't realize they had "top off" for free service for a portion of miles after an oil change. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to the same Jiffy lube location on West main in Kalamazoofor the past 3 years. They are prompt and friendly and the service is great

Service was very thorough and some things were checked that could easily be ignored by the owner. Only thing not done was my windshield wasn’t washed. Hardly something to complain about.

Quick check in , oil changed and they made sure that the service oil light was reset before I left! Friendly knowledgeable team!
