Had a great experience. Service was quick and efficient.

Everyone was communicative and friendly. We had to go back a couple times because they didn’t have the correct filter, then they were out of oil, but we have a particular car so I was excited they could do it at all, and each time they did other free things for us, check engine light, fill tires etc. Just a great group there, super happy with the service. I’m old school, people as a general rule don’t take as much pride in their work anymore, but these guys do!!

The BEST experience I’ve had with a shop in Maine!! I needed a full back brake overhaul, pads, rotors & calipers, & in this economy I was terrified about the cost. Gabe walked me through the whole process, what was needed, how to avoid it in the future, gave me the best price in town, & was so kind. Not only that, they were able to get me in the next day!! The mechanic (Michael I think?!) was a gem as well! My car feels as good as new! I cannot speak highly enough about these guys! 10/10 overall experience, would absolutely recommend! Thank you gentlemen!!!

Good quick oil change.

The mechanics who work at this location are friendly, kind, and professional. The only Jiffy Lube location I visit any longer (for now). I wish I could say the same about the staff in Westbrook. Avoid Westbrook, go to Manchester, if you want great service, (August 2025.)

The staff at Jiffy Lube in Augusta, Maine, truly made my visit exceptional. There were two gentlemen working the day I had my service, and both were outstanding. One of them greeted everyone warmly and consistently kept us informed about the wait time and the progress of our services. The other gentleman was equally wonderful, demonstrating a great attitude and professionalism. Together, they showcased what excellent customer service looks like. I left feeling valued and appreciated!

Always prompt, courteous, and willing to talk you through the service. They even referred me to an online coupon to save me some money.

I appreciate being able to get the services between oil changes. They're always polite and always quick.

Took my car in for routine maintenance and some advice for any winter prep needed. The techs were super friendly, knowledgeable, gave good sound advice, and even showed me reading etc. to better explain what was or wasn’t needed. The pricing was good, it was done timely, and everything works great. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing good quality service. Thanks!

Recently went there for an oil change. They're slightly more expensive than some other places, but I had probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. I will continue going to them and would recommend others to as well.

So here’s the thing I walked in thinking that I was going to only spend like maybe $150 for an oil change but these guys did such a great job running the diagnostic showing me the filters and I could see them through the window, so I know that it wasn’t like they were going to be ripping me off or anything. And they didn’t even have the filter but they put it in for free when I came back around because the AutoZone is just right up the street. I ended up getting the front and rear differential taken care of as well and I think it was well worth the price because if I had gone to a dealership, I know for a fact that it would’ve been super expensive. So overall had a lovely experience with John, and I feel a lot better about not getting ripped off because of the transparency and the windows and yeah, it was just a great experience. They also replace my windshield wipers for free because I had some in the car. Which I thought was very nice. We spent a total of about $360 for just the oil change, the front and rear differential. And it was a Dodge ram 1500.

Good service and good people. They were extremely understaffed in the Manchester, Me. location and still did great work.

Stopped in 5 minutes before opening. Greeted right away and told they were opening in 5 but that I could wait inside. Turns out they didn't have the BMW oil filter but they got one delivered in 10 minutes from nearby parts store. I also had a coupon for $25 off a synthetic oil change but the code wouldn't work but the guy at the counter found me another coupon which was greatly appreciated and will likely bring me back here for all future oil changes. With coupon I was out the door in 30 minutes for $105, 50% less than the dealer charges.

Great staff ! Quick and easy

Tried this place out today for the first time since they changed companies with the old J&S Express Lube. Impressed that this outfit offers services that J&S did not have. No appointment needed and there was no waiting line; got right in immediately for oil change and tire rotation. They answered all my questions. Great service. Competitively priced. I recommend this place.
