????? Outstanding customer service from start to finish! Before I even got out of my car, the team already knew who I was because I had requested an estimate the night before. They greeted me outside, directed me where to pull in, opened the door for me, and made the entire check-in process quick and easy. They also took the time to verify and update my information in their system. I asked about getting a tire rotation, and instead of just charging me for it, they checked my tires first and honestly told me I didn’t need one. I really appreciated that integrity—it saved me money and showed they were focused on taking care of the customer, not just making a sale. When my service was finished, they opened the door for me, walked me to my car, opened my car door, and even closed it behind me. Those little touches made a big impression. Professional, honest, and genuinely kind from beginning to end. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be back. Five stars!

Awesome Jiffy Lube location. Today it was extremely hot but the staff still provided excellent service as always. I was in and out with an oil change in 10 minutes. Even though there are other Jiffy Lube locations closer to where I live I always hit this location!

Everyone at this location in Timonium are so nice and helpful, friendly and welcoming. They are super quick in terms of getting work done, and make the time pass even quicker because of how nice they are. I will never go anywhere else for an oil change or tire rotation. Tj always takes extra care of me and our cars! He’s the best! I paid $125 for a full synthetic oil change (with a coupon) vs $300 at the dealership. Plus it only took 15 mins vs hours at MB Autonation!

Came in right after I got off work 20 mins before they closed. These guys finished my car up in 15. Oil changed, even topped up my brake fluid and windshield wiper fluid. Which ive been putting off doing myself no extra charge. Went home and I had to check because I didnt believe they did all that so fast. Friendly people too. Coming here for all my future maintenance

I recently had my oil and filter changed here, and I was very impressed with the service. Not only was the work completed efficiently, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that my car had been vacuumed and the interior was left very clean. That extra attention to detail really stood out to me. I truly appreciated the care they took and left feeling both pleased and grateful. I’ll definitely be returning for future service.

Don’t sit down and get comfortable. You will be done before you do. Holy smokes! On a Saturday even. In and out in maybe 10 minutes? Friendly service and super speedy.

I have been getting my oil changed at this location for the past 6 years and always have a good experience. Staff is always very nice. They will make recommendations about other services but are never pushy. Place is clean and service is completed timely.

Really fast, I was in and out. My only complaint is the hard up sell attempts. I have a much older car and had to state I didn't require the synthetic option several times.

I don’t leave reviews very often but I took my mini cooper today to get the oil changed…. Everyone was super kind, helpful, and they got my car in and out of there so quickly. I will go back to that specific JL from now on. Thank you so much!

This Jiffy Lube is outstanding compared to others I've been to. Quick service and friendly staff who get straight to the point. Other locations pester you about little things and still do a mediocre job. Here they didnt bother just got straight to what I needed and went out of their way to vaccum my floors! This used to be standard practice but I rarely see it done anymore. I would highly reccomend this location for quick services/repairs.

The guy at the costumer service counter was great, told me everything I needed to get token care of with my van, the guys had my oil change done in 20 minutes, this is the best location for service.

Incredibly kind staff- I drive from Towson and/or Carroll County to come here! I always feel respected, even as a woman customer, and have never had any issues here. As long as you're clear about what you want and ask questions you shouldn't have any issues!
