Great service, fast and friendly and professional, and didn't try to upsell with a million unnecessary things, only the things that actually needed service. I love this location and will definitely be going back again.

Excellent service.

Everyone was totally outstanding with absolutely awesome customer service. From the time I pulled up, youngman taken over my keys, escorted me to the lounge and the next youngman called me to the garage area to give me a diagnostic of the condition of my Acura suv. Also, I wasn't aware that Jiffy also takes care of more than oil changes, such as replaced my air filter, brake pads. This place Jiffy Lube Pikesville, these guys are knowledgeable and super friendly and polite. My 1st. There!?????????? Thank you All???? Ms. Debbie Taylor

Without a doubt! Simple the BEST! I truly recommend Jiffy Lube, Pikesville #722. I always get oil change and roated tires. They're professional, amazing customer service, take the time to explain, answer all my questions, and they don't try to push unnecessary up-sells. My car felt unusually weird while driving and I panicked and went to Jiffy Lube, Pikesville #722. I met Wesley. Who was absolutely amazing. He told me that I needed break-pads. I remembered my last visit, one of the Miles's brothers told me I needed break-pads. Wesley, thank you for being so wonderful and being patient. John, (the break tech) thank you. You guys at Jiffy Lube Pikesville are doing a great job over there. Kudos to you both Ta'Shawn and Tyrell Miles.

It was done in a jiffy. And I get to see everything that they were doing! I was also able to make an imput!

Great location for certified mechanics to properly work and diagnose potential concerns about your vehicle. I didn't realize my brakes were so worn and very thin, until Jiffy Lube mechanics in Pikesville looked at them. They discovered that I needed front and back brakes, they completed the task in under 30 minutes including test drive after. They also during the same period perform an oil change with synthetic oil. I didn't want to have to pay total $$$$, however, it was needed and now my family and I are safer. I must add the waiting area, rest rooms were clean, welcoming and sanitize. This location even had wood alphabet with animal puzzles, crayons for the kiddos to play while learning. This Pikesville location has won the highest award from Department of Defense, so you can trust their honesty and quality of their work, when it comes to the health of your vehicle.

Super fast and excellent service. Do not try to upcharge for things that are unnecessary. Overall recommend for quick and easy oil change service.

This is the only jiffy lube I’ll go to! Never had an issue. Always great service! Always polite! I gave 4 stars because customers shouldn’t have to hear your employees shock and judgment for a person not have enough time or money to get services they need. It wasn’t said to the customer but we could hear through the doors. They aren’t sound proof. Not everyone is a mechanic or has the ability to keep up each and every preventative service within the suggested guidelines. Customers are entrusting you all with their vehicle. There is no need to make them feel embarrassed or guilty when they’re coming to you all for help.

I have been using them for 29 years. Always great service. They function as a team. To insure all services are completed correctly and accurately. The overall inspections insure you of services you may have missed or overlook. I will continue to use them for 20 more years.

Prices aren’t competitive, but probably better than the dealership. And way faster than the dealership. I will say customer service was very good and intentional

Great service super professional

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube yesterday. From the moment I drove into the bay, the customer service was top-tier. The staff immediately greeted me, escorted me to the waiting area, and introduced themselves professionally. The manager also came in personally, introduced himself, reviewed my vehicle history in the system, made sure everything was accurate, and clearly explained the recommendations for my car without pressure. I decided to get the fuel injector cleaning in addition to my oil change, and the entire service was completed in about 20 minutes — even while it was pouring down raining outside. The team vacuumed my car as part of the service, and unfortunately my food bag was accidentally thrown away in the process. However, when I called the store, the manager immediately apologized, asked me to come back, and made the situation right without hesitation. That level of accountability and professionalism matters. Overall, mistakes can happen anywhere, but great customer service is shown in how a business responds — and this team absolutely delivered. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency from everyone there. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

I have taken my vehicle to my Veteran Owned, neighborhood Jiffy Lube since I purchased it in 2021, and I have always had a good experience with the staff and services. My car still runs like it's New. I will continue to support.

We were greeted in a timely. Updated on the progress with suggestions about non emergent issues that needed to be completed. My special person and I was in and out! The waiting room was freezing, it was very uncomfortable. But again the service was awesome
