The Jiffy Lube team in Oxon Hill, Maryland were very fast and professional. I was truly impressed and happy to have my car serviced there. I truly appreciate the smiles.. the greetings and the knowledge of each individual. Kenny or Kenneth was also a delightful person to deal with. He made sure that my car was right before I pulled off. The entire team was wonderful and made me want to come back again! Thanks again to the entire team. You all are great! ??

Great experience from pulling up till driving off

I had a really great experience at this Jiffy Lube location. All of the staff were kind and professional, especially Mr. Brown and Mr. Jackson. It was early in the morning, but they were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They completed both my oil change and a fuel injector cleaning quickly without making me feel rushed. The pricing felt fair, and one of the gentlemen kindly reminded me about a maintenance item that had completely fallen off my radar — it was helpful and informative, not pushy at all. The waiting area was clean with plenty of seating, and I genuinely appreciated the fresh brewed coffee and creamer while I waited. Overall, just genuinely kind, polite, professional service. I would absolutely recommend this location to others.

Best jiffy lube in the DMV! The staff was amazing and very friendly. You can tell that the staff has great chemistry. I worked with a young lady by the name of Branaye who was very helpful from the moment i got there. She was also very knowledgeable, and very articulate with the information that she delivered. Overall i had an awesome experience and is now a regular customer.

The service was great, was greeted within 60 seconds of arriving. The gentleman's inspecting the car asked about the type of oil and other services I would need done. It was a fast process, in and out within 25-30 minutes.
