Excellent service every time!

Taking my Honda Accord to this particular Jiffy lube I've had a great experience and will return again..

Oil change was smooth and under 20min. Customer service was excellent.

Fast and efficient

I like this place because they work quickly, which is something I really appreciate. However, I feel like they sometimes rush through the service. For example, they may vacuum only the driver’s side, forget to top off the windshield washer fluid, or overlook checking the brake fluid. It seems like there’s always one or two small things that get missed. As for customer service, I don’t interact much with the technicians, but I’ve noticed that the cashiers can sometimes come across as having a bit of an attitude. That said, they may just be having a busy or stressful day. Overall, this is just my personal opinion. I’d give them 4 out of 5 stars.

I appreciate the care and quick service I received. My A/C was blowing hot air and they completed the diagnostic an had me out the door with cold air blowing. The price was fantastic as I was quoted a minimum of $350 elsewhere. The fact that I was able to take advantage of the military discount was an added bonus! I will definitely return to this location in the future??

Exactly speaking, 5 stars is just for this shop located in 5518 St. Barnabas Rd. Excellent services with professionalism and kindness as well as high efficiency/quick services. Huge comparison with the experience yesterday at the same brand shop, 2950 Southgate Dr.

Efficient and timely

I went to the Jiffy Lube Center in District Heights and although the system went down the gentlemen was very nice and apologetic. He also directed me the center on St. Barnabas road where I was greeted warmly no high pressure sales I ended up getting what the guy recommended and will definitely definitively be going there again for service.

I was very pleased with the service. I was in and out promptly. The staff was polite and professional. I will recommend them to a friend.
