This location is always prompt, friendly,. and informative. They are not annoyingly pushy for upgrades but take time to explain the why and show you what you need to keep your vehicle in great shape.

Great quick service, in and out in 15 minutes!

I’ve never gotten any work done here, but I’ve went there for top offs most are very friendly and check behind what they do and then you have some that will put the oil in your car and then tell you you’re good and not check your car behind after putting the oil in and then you have to tell them aren’t you supposed to check to make sure it’s enough oil in it and they have an attitude. Other than that place

This is the only Jiffy Lube I trust with my vehicle. The staff here is friendly, precise and very informative. I was helped by the Bald guy with the patch on his head.

Always great service! I’ve been coming here for years and all the gentleman are amazing. Even when one wasn’t as polite (I wish I could remember his name) the other guys stepped in and rectified the situation gave me 20% off and that’s why I will always get my vehicle serviced at this jiffy lube. We have gone to this Jiffylube multiple times. Each time they kind and explains things well. It is expected that they will encourage us that we need more than an oil change. I’m not very good at saying no and don’t know a lot about cars. The Attendant gave me the big picture but broke them down into priorities. I’ll be going back!!

I went for a routine oil change in Laurel. Charles provided excellent customer service. He explained everything clearly, he was polite, and he didn’t pressure me to get anything extra. He was very helpful.

I got an oil and filter change. I love that my wait time wasn't long. I got some really good advice on some things that I need to consider getting done to my car. I felt the price was reasonable.

I have nothing but excellent things to report . My son and I drove 20-30 miles away from our current city in Baltimore , to come to this location because of the incompetence level of businesses in Baltimore . I was extremely , and pleasantly surprised of what we found . There could not be a more efficient and knowledgeable team around than the staff at this location . My son and I were so happy , and regretful that we did not come years sooner . I highly recommend this facility to anyone that is thinking of coming here . Great work , honesty , and integrity exists here .

I know Jiffy Lube has a so so reputation, but I’ve only had positive experiences at this location, both with oil change and brake pad replacements. Good value, solid work and professional people.

Everything was good and fast,just a little misunderstanding at end with the price,but the guy at cashier helped with,I will recomen to they have a little more comunication between the team to avoid having this issues.

Kudos to Jiffy Lube on 2nd street in Laurel Md. The team is so sufficient and knowledgeable. I won’t go no where else for my oil change.
