Great service

Fast service good working people

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Laurel yesterday. It started off by me being able to drive straight into the bay and not have to wait at all. Then, I was immediately greeted by customer service for them to tell me what my needs were and the estimated cost before they even began the work. Once completed, they not only asked me about having a coupon, but accepted both coupons I had to bring my costs down. Overall great experience.

Wonderful experience. The guys are super nice! Constantly checking up on you and letting you know what’s going on with the service. I felt no pressure which is amazing for a female when we go to auto shops.

Service was quick, staff was professional and the location was perfect. I was able to get my oiled changed during lunch.

Outstanding service once again. They were dealing with computer issues and it was getting busy. Larry and Brian kept everyone informed and once the system came back up they were able to get people in and out again.

Feeling safe

I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Anton greeted me with a smile and gave me pricing information. Inside Charlie explained that I needed a few more things and let me know my options. After about 15 minutes everything was completed. I would definitely visit this location again.
