My experience with Jiffy Lube customer service was amazing. I was welcomed right away with excellent service, which made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. The technician took the time to go over everything about my car in a clear and helpful way, and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything I didn’t need. Great customer service I was in and out for an oil change

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube location! The staff is extremely professional, they get you in and out in a very timely manner, they're friendly, and they always answer all my questions. I have been coming here for years and the experience is always top notch. Car maintenance is a headache, but they make it painless. I highly recommend the Kensington location.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube Store #2440. I went in to get my rear brake pads changed and an oil change, and the service was excellent. The work was done to a high standard, and everything was completed efficiently. The customer service was phenomenal. The staff was very helpful, kind, and professional throughout the entire visit. They made sure to explain what was being done and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend this location to others

I went in on a Sunday needing new windshield wipers. The business was very busy as a snow storm was forecasted. They fit me in quickly, installed the wipers and were very pleasant, a pleasure to work with

Jiffy Lube Kensington was fast, efficient and honest. They were able to look at our vehicle the same day and we were in and out in a very reasonable time. Great customer service and I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Was in town visiting and just googled the closest oil change place. First time using a Jiffy Lube and had an all around good experience. When the service was completed they provided a voucher for a free car wash next door! The guys were great and helped me with another issue on my vehicle which I very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate coming back to this location for service.

The reception is always pleasant and personable. The service is professional, thorough and technically proficient. I appreciate how they communicate the immediate repair issues detected and are proactive in advising on other necessary interval checkups. Executed what I requested on my 115,000 mile Mazda CX-9. Oil chg, tire rotation and Radiator Flush and Fill. Took about an hour and 15 minutes.

Deonte is a phenomenal technician and incredible personable. His customer service and care went above and beyond honestly. Auto shop visits can be stressful sometimes, having to prep yourself psychologically for sales-focused techs trying to scare you with bogus “issues” and “red flags”. Deonte genuinely looks out for the customer and only gives truthful and valuable recommendations. Moral of the story - if you can, ask for Deonte when you come to the Kensington Jiffy Line. Great dude!

Outstanding Customer Service, this Jiffy Lube is located in Bethesda Maryland and one of the best one hands down in Maryland. It is obvious by being located in the Bethesda Maryland area. From what I have experienced and witnessed. This Jiffy Lube location is use to dealing with luxury vehicles so they will take care of your vehicle regardless whether it is a luxury vehicle or not, as I did witnesss with other customers vehicles. My Jaguar F-Pace SVR V8 Supercharged is not the easiest vehicle to perform an oil change on. I have a very specific regiment of Mobil one Synthetic, one quart of Lucus Oil Stabilizer and a specific Wix Oil Filter. There is also a 6.9qt limintation I explained to be sure not to overfill by adding 7qts. They followed my directions perfectly and performed the Oil Change to Jaguar Dealership level of service. The Oil Service Technicans at this location are professional and know what the are doing. I am a 30plus year Master Automotive Mechanical and Electrical Engineer so I live and breathe Automobiles and can most of the time sniff out automotive incompetence. I am a Military Veteran and it was great to receive such high level of service and friendly customer service. Another thing of note I don't live in the Bethesda Maryland area but learned of this location and now travel to have my oil changes consistently every 5000 miles done there. For the Jaguar SVR enthusiasts yes we know Jaguar states every 10K miles but we have learned it is best every 5K on the 5.0 Supercharged V8. I will see you all again within my Jaguar F-Pace SVR next 5000 miles. Thank you AL

I recently visited Jiffy Lube's Kensington location and was extremely happy with my experience. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and that's what I got, without a high pressured pitch to buy other services. They did some extras - checked the air filter, inspected the lights, and checked and filled windshield wiper fluid - without being asked. And they vacuumed the floors when they were done! They had told me on the phone that I could get right in (despite the holiday season) and be out in 40 minutes or less, and I was. They have a small but ample waiting area where I sat with other waiting customers.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I've been going to the same location for many years.

Deonte went above and beyond related to helping out a customer. I've visited all the Jiffy Lubes in the area he's been the most helpful so far and even advised me with the codes in my truck and wrote them down and guided me

Writing this review as I had absolutely fantastic customer service yesterday (Nov 18), everyone was incredibly lovely. I come to this location for the free car wash, & continue coming back because they treat me well & I trust their feedback and recommendations for my car.

Even when busy it's quick.

This was my first encounter at the store and I had such a pleasant experience. I pulled in after 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon and was astonished with how wonderful everything turned out! From my reception to checkout, everything was completed in such a short amount of time than I'd ever expected and I'll definitely be returning back to this location. I had even received a wonderful thank you gift that's very valuable to me. Thanks for the excellent service!

Probably one of the nicest Jiffy Lube locations I’ve been to in Maryland! Even upon arrival all of the staff quickly come to assist. Mbella was amazing! Very knowledgeable, patient, and provided frequent updates.

Great consistent service. Outstanding customer service and all around great care. I drive some 33 miles bypassing several locations for this. They're top notch.

I have had my cars serviced at this particular location for years. I have almost always been very satisfied (there was that one time . . .). Today's service was similarly excellent. I look forward to my next visit.

Took my car in for follow up fluid top off service in between oil changes. Staff was respectful and responsive. The technician checked and topped off vital fluids, including motor oil, engine coolant, transmission, power steering, and windshield washer fluid. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I'm definitely bringing back my car for my next oil change here.

I had a really great experience here. Today is a Sunday afternoon at around 3 pm. They were able to take my car right away. While I waited inside, there is a refrigerator with complimentary beverages. The front desk worker has a very pleasant and professional demeanor. I’ll be happy to return for my next oil change, thank you for a good experience! The last thing you need when dealing with something like this is too much hassle, and I appreciated a smooth experience.
