I’ve been bringing my vehicles to this Jiffy Lube for about 5–6 years, and I can honestly say they have consistently provided great service. The entire team is always professional, helpful, and personable, but I especially want to recognize Miguel. Every time I come in, Miguel has such a calm and reassuring demeanor. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, answers my questions, and always makes me feel like, “Don’t worry, I’ve got you.” Over the years, he has built a level of trust and rapport with me that I truly appreciate. As a woman, finding a shop you trust to work on your vehicle is extremely important. I’ve had experiences elsewhere where I felt like I was being overcharged, sold things I didn’t necessarily need, or left without the actual problem being resolved. I have never felt that way with Miguel and his team. I trust them to be honest with me about what my car actually needs and what it doesn’t. Today was another reminder of why I keep coming back. I brought my car in because of a noise and to have my brakes checked. Miguel and the team found the issue, explained it to me, took care of it, and replaced my rear brakes without any hassle. I left feeling completely at ease. I’ve even tried other Jiffy Lube locations over the years simply because they were closer to where I lived, and I usually ended up wishing I had just come here in the first place. This location is no longer the closest one to me, but at this point, I don’t care. I’ll make the drive. Great customer service is one thing, but having a place where you genuinely trust the people working on your vehicle is another. Miguel and his team have earned that trust from me over the years, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. Thank you, Miguel and team!

Very peaceful and respectful environment

I went to Jiffy lube and expected to be there for about 45 minutes, but I was out in about 20 minutes. I'm glad I tried them.

Quick, easy, and stress-free! They got my oil change done fast, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road in no time. The staff was friendly, honest, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. It's nice to find a place you can trust. I'll definitely be back for my next service. Everyone working there was so knowledgeable, quick, and FRIENDLY! (Mr Rob was awesome, forgetting others people’s names but they were all great!) They gave realistic service recommendations and got me in and out for my oil change in like 20 minutes. I will DEFINITELY be coming from out of town to get my oil done here from now on!

Let me tell you how it was kinda expected to be served great the first time because of course the first impression is the lasting one but when I tell you they don’t miss!!! Yes!!! 2nd time around for me and I’m convinced that this is just there vibe!! Very professional, respectful friendly all while getting it done!!!! Jiffy Lube Eastern Avenue in Essex is the greatest. You wouldn’t find a better bunch of people working.

Got a basic Oil change and was out of there in 15 mins. The staff were cool and made me feel welcome. I won’t go anywhere else.

Very fast and efficient

I usually go to the dealer but they were completely booked. I stopped by Jiffy Lube and I am glad I did. They had me in without a wait. The manager Roland did a great job explaining everything and even gave me a discount for getting the work done that day. I appreciated that fast and friendly service. They worked well as a team and all very efficient. I will be taking my vehicles there from now on
