Good advice given about oil burning issue in my 2016 Sonata, apparently a known issue in that year/model. They did not try to sell me any service or products I didn't need.

The workers at this Jiffy Lube were men With amazing integrity. The service provided was exceptional assessment of my oil leak from another vendor. They were honest to let me know what the issue was and that I should take my car back to the prior oil oil change vendor. They could have made me pay a lot of money and do another oil change, but they did not. Usually men in this see a woman And will try to rip them off because they think we don’t know About cars. I will highly recommend them for their awesome service.

I was contacted by this establishment after my last review and the person I came to an understanding about the problem and how it will be taken care of in the future. I am very satisfied now

I want to leave a review for this location because without fail they provide great, outstanding service. I specifically want to recognize Dwayne (not sure if I am spelling his name correctly) he is consistently kind, thoughtful and customer service oriented. He has a great attitude and recognizes and respects repeat customers. In a day and time, when great service is very rare and difficult to find, I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location and I hope “the powers that be” recognize and reward Dwayne because he is the reason we keep coming back.

These guys went above and beyond! They saw a major problem with my car and said that they could -try- and fix it but they didn’t feel comfortable and referred me elsewhere. They explained everything to me so I could understand, they were quick efficient, and even showed me where the problem was! Forever grateful for them!

I went to have my work truck serviced around 9:45 am on Jan 8 2025. As I was at work and had an appointment I asked the gentlemen I first encountered if I would be able to make this appointment and he assured me I would. They were quick and very professional. Super polite and courteous team of guys! On my invoice it shows Tony, Darrin and Michael as having worked on my truck and I can honestly say these three guys were really great! Really good customer service and had me in and out.

Quick, coupons try to upsell

I got a quick oil change from a jiffy lube location in St. Louis the day before my road trip back to Baltimore, no apparent issues on the drive. But the day after I arrived, 3 days after the oil change, I notice an excessively strong oil smell from the cabin, worse with the AC on full blast. I take my car to this location in Ellicott City and they find right away that the issue was the oil cap was never screwed on, it was just sitting there. The oil was just freely sputtering out onto my engine, accounting for the fumes. Fortunately, I didn't lose very much oil so no permanent damage done. The crew at this location found the issue, cleaned up the mess and resolved the smell, topped my oil off, gave me a simple walkthrough of what happened, and got me on my way within 10min, no charge. Glad to know not all jiffy lube locations are so negligent. If I lived in the area, I'd feel good about bringing my car to these guys.

Glad the Jiffylube in Catonsville turned me away because these guys are awesome.

I was mistaken when I thought these guys didn't refill my windshield wiper fluid. They did. The problem was actually with my windshield wipers. I wanted to apologize and give them 5 Stars.
