I take my car here for oil changes and the service is great! The staff is very friendly and only recommends things you actually need on your vehicle. You are in and out quickly and it is economical too.

From the moment I arrived, Alex greeted me with a friendly attitude and made sure I understood every step of the service process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to ensure my car was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Alex answered all my questions patiently and made helpful recommendations without being pushy. The whole experience was smooth, and my vehicle runs great. It really doesn't matter what Jiffy Lube I go to; everyone is always so polite and helpful but the gentlemen working at this location were 100/10

After a bad experience at the JL in Bel Air North, I have gone here instead for the past 4-5 oil changes and any time I have tire problems. I cannot recommend this team enough. They listen attentively when you bring up specific issues and work quickly and effectively. The staff will be honest with you and will suggest going to a dealership if it is not something they can help with. They have a full tire center so they can do most replacements and patches. The whole staff is great, especially Donavan W.

This Jiffy Lube is very well run. They are always fast and friendly. They’ve done oil changes for us as well as battery and tire services. We have always been pleased and they are always fast with great customer service.

I have been taking my trucks to Jiffy Lube for 18 years. In my experiences, they have never once done anything dumb. Like forgotten to put the oil cap back on (like another place. Oil everywhere). Fluids always topped off. Scheduled maintenance suggested/recommended. Not the cheapest but I'm never worried when I pull away and that's worth a lot!

When I tell you, this Jiffy Lube was top notch, it would be an understatement. The gentlemen with the dreads and even the associates working on my actual car were informative, NOT PUSHY, told you about your actual car. We all jiffy lube is always trying to make you get something; air filter…. But these associates were amazing. Five stars, 11 out of 10. Just amazing.
