These techs are locked in. And do really good work. I have taken all 8 of my fleet vehicles to this location and they take great care of me and my vehicles.

Fast and cordial-- Excellent Customer service! It was my first time getting an oil change at this location, but it certainly will not be my last.

The entire process took 15 minutes, and the customer service was top tier. Definitely going back for future maintenance needs.

This is the only place I go to get my oil changed and they are always fast, convenient and not overpriced. My oil change was only 50 miles overdue but I went early on a Sunday and got it done. One car ahead of me and was in an out in 20 minutes. I also needed an air filter change and still got out super quick. My Jeep has over 100,000 miles on it now so I try to take care of my baby and I never leave disappointed going here. Definitely go on a Sunday or as early as you can on a weekday to get in and out. They also took $10 off without me even asking so they are great for me:)

I will go out of my way to make sure I go to THIS particular Jiffy Lube. They have Chick-Fil-A type customer service! From the person who greets you when you pull up, to the person who checks you out, and person that opens the car door for you to get back in - they’re all very friendly and polite. I never feel oversold and they’re quick. I highly recommend this location! I’ve been to others, and none of them come close to this one.

The first place I went (not a Jiffy location) for a walk-in oil change does it by appointment now and wasn't available until Friday! Found this Jiffy Lube location and they did my oil change, filter change and windshield wiper replacement in less than 30 minutes! Friendly, fast service, and I can tell they work well as a team. I will definitely go to them in the future and tell others!

Let me make a clear statement about this team. They have it right! Team work was awesome, customer service was excellent. Wait time was very good and price are fair. They did so good lunch is on us today! Anytime they swing by Royal Oasis Spa in Clinton MD we will give them and there family the Royal Experince also. Do yourself a favor go get your oil change at this location. We will be back!
