The staff were pleasant, friendly and professional. I came in for oil change and tire rotation. It was handled in a reasonable amount of time. I was pleased with the service I received.

I got GREAT service. They were spectacular, they even vacuumed my car, which was much appreciated, and they were every understanding. The assistant manager was a great, being a woman, sometimes mechanic shops tries to get over they did not. They told me what I needed to get done told me what I could wait on and I was in. And out, they understand that people's time and money is important. Also, very professional. We'll definitely be going back.

First time there for an oil change with my daughter (New Car owner) they were all awesome, explained everything well, ended up we have a leak from the water pump so they are gonna call us Mon. To schedule to come in and fix it. Cleaned the car, filled the tires air, and talked about air filter changes. All very nice and professio al!!

They were nice to check my trans & not charge me & tell me what could be the problem.. I would recommend them to my friends!!

I really liked being greeted and asked how they could be of service as I had never been there before. The mechanics were nice to all their customers and I also really liked being asked what I wanted, not what they wanted to do! I was showed my air filter and made my own decision instead of someone just replacing it. Aaron (Johnson?) was informative and courteous. I look forward to my next visit.

My Atlas needed oil. There’s no dipstick, just the electronic reader. After the oil was changed, the reader said there was too much oil and some needed to be removed. My husband saw this when I got home. I’m assuming the technicians didn’t know this or decided to not remove or didn’t know how to remove the excess oil.

They were very kind and educational towards me. I have a one ton turbo heavy duty RAM 3500 stick shift I use for towing my 43’ 5th wheel. I highly recommend them! They were clear helpful in communicating with me and I didn’t feel judged at all being a woman who furs my know all this stuff about engines but I sure can drive it!! ??

I couldn’t start my car and I knew it was the battery. Jiffy at Lexington Park came up to the Laquinta hotel where I was staying at. I was given a hot shot. Once I got there it was fixed in less than a half hour. Great work jiffy team. Thanks!

Came in for oil change. Quick efficient very nice. Did a car wash after and my tag was blown off. One of the screws fell out. Pulled back up and their service tech found two new screws and fixed it. Thanks

It was fast which was what I needed, but the price of the oil was really high.Full synthetic 119.99 total with no cabin filter or air filter change was over 140.00. You are definitely paying for convenience.

So I've been going to the car wash behind Jiffy Lube for a few months. I ordered my own oil and filter and was planning on changing it at my work this weekend but decided to give them a call. Great customer service, I got there early I guess so I got in and out with not issues. Even met a gentleman by the name of Mike who was waiting for his vehicle to get done. For sure will go back the next time. You all were the best, thank you for what you do!!

I came in with a bad battery. They replaced it and gave me a oil change within thirty minutes. Shout out to Aaron! He was on point for the entire process.

They were so nice! Really efficient and made sure I got everything I needed. They even vacuumed my car which was an unexpected bonus. Just overall nice and for how quick I was in and out, I'll be back for all my car needs.
