I’ve been coming here for years, and they continue to provide a solid experience overall. In the past, there have been a few times where small steps were missed, but this most recent visit really stood out. They were thorough and made sure everything was done right, which I really appreciated. The technician Jay was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable—he took the time to explain things clearly without making me feel rushed. It’s great to see the consistency and improvement in service, and it’s a big part of why I’ll continue coming back. Highly recommend!

Joe runs his Jiffy Lube the way I run my chiropractic practice, with integrity and transparency. He takes the time to explain to each customer what is going well with their car, what needs soon or immediate attention. He is upfront about prices, and helps you find discounts. He is a living, breathing example of a decent human being. They still exist. My car was serviced well, in a timely manner, and was brought back cleaner than when I arrived. I know I'll be coming back in the near future. Thank you, Joe & Team! :)

Good customer service

I gave this Jiffy Lube location 5 stars because of how well the Manager Mr. Johnson, handled a serious problem that occurred during my recent visit. By the time I got home after an oil change, my car was somehow almost completely out of oil. I called back to the shop and was able to speak to the Manager. Mr. Johnson immediately assured me that he would take care of the situation personally and he did just that. He came straight to my driveway and checked out my car. He added oil to it and figured out where the leak originated. I requested a diagnostic to make sure no damage had occurred and he paid for a full diagnostic inspection with a complete report. Mr. Johnson also purchased the part that caused the oil leak and installed it at no cost to me and refunded the cost of my original oil change. Mr. Johnson was so pleasant and so thorough in his intent to resolve the issue, I felt complete confidence in that no matter what it took, he would resolve the problem to my satisfaction and that is exactly what he did. It can be hard to find an honest, proficient and customer-focused auto repair business, but based on my experience, Mr. Johnson is one of the best!!

John and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly, punctual, and just overall hard-working. Their customer service is always top-tier. I’ll definitely be coming back. They were all so welcoming, even though they were getting close to closing, which was honestly really refreshing. Big shoutout to the whole team. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and will continue to shop here.

I recently moved to this area, and I took my car to this Jiffy Lube. Immediately, I realized they were all about service. I know I am a "Service Junkie," I will always take my vehicles to this Jiffy Lube. Check them out, you will not regret it.

Stopped in for Jiffy Lubes "Top Off" service when my coolant needed filling. John and Ibrahim (sp) were exceptional by offering excellent customer service. Stop in the Maryland Crain Highway location. You will not be disappointed.

I took advantage of Jiffy Lube's "top it off" program offering to top off fluids at any Jiffy Lube. I stopped in at the Crain Highway location in Maryland and met John and Ibrahim(sp). They were extremely friendly and both offered excellent customer service by topping off the needed fluids.

This location almost always has availability for an oil change. I've been using them for 4 years now, two different vehicles. They will let you know service needs even if you don't get the service completed. Simple and reliable.

Started taking my car to this location a few months ago. Jay has been consistently top tier every visit. He is always so nice and explains everything thoroughly. Excellent service! Will keep coming back.

I have never had an issue with them. In fact they notice I needed a new tire because, the tire was ripped and about to pop. That would have been bad considering I was on my way to work and had to get on the beltway to VA. Thanks guys.
