Nive staff did everything i asked made me comfortable because the last place I was getting my oil changes at was half assing them

Came in for an oil level check and top off. The team at Jiffy Lube was super friendly, knowledgeable and fast! Oil was a bit low, they filled it and my washer fluid! Didn’t even need to get out of the car. Really appreciate being taken care of like an old friend! Thank you JL team!

Excellent work done by the Dundalk team. Came in for an oil change and was in and out in 15 minutes. During my time there, I was happily greeted and informed about other services that could benefit the life of my car. Great team and service, can’t beat that anywhere else.

Straight forward good service

I have been to several different jiffy lubes, and lest jus say these guys were nice and got me in and out.

I was surprised at the cleanliness of the property, professionalism of the employee and the time and manner of service

Everyone went above and beyond his way to make sure that our first time there was a good time. I will definitely bring my vehicle back when it's time.

Management took the time to explain everything my vehicle needed and required in a way that was easy to understand. They were professional, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated their honesty and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Great group of guys! They are helpful fair and fast all while being professional and doing a great job at a fair price. I have been to lots of places locally and hands down this is my go to place from not on. Terrible experiences at Walmart 2 times on top of waiting hrs. Jiffy Lube I'm in and out!

Great experience, I was wary at first as this was my first time at a Jiffy Lube from the reputation in the past. The general manager and staff were fantastic, informed me of some minor things they recommended but weren’t pushy to up sell. The shop was extremely clean which in my opinion is the first tell of how a shop is ran. I’ll def be coming back.

Store was busy but still in and out quickly.

Amazing service. I will always take my car here. Every time I go there the guy outside welcomes me nice. And at the front desk next guy is always friendly. There's been multiple different dudes and every time they're always so knowledgeable. Very friendly. They do not oversell anything. They're honest. Dudes doing good work. Thank you guys. Oil changes are getting expensive enough without showing the total cost on the board.

I asked my coworker where can I go to get a oil change she said Jiify Lube in Dundalk on Merritt Blvd, I first had to get my Emissions Test and before leaving there the guy who did my Emissions Test recommended Jiffy Lube in Dundalk he gave me directions as soon as I got there I was greeted by 2 really nice guys and Sam was one of them I was able to pull in and get service Sam showed me to the waiting area and he let me know right a way what they where going to do and what needed attention and because of there excellent customer service and knowing it had not been done since 2025 I was hesitant about getting the service done because I always went to the dealer, Sam and the Crew where amazing and excellent customer service and I plan to go back for my next Oil Change. Thank you guys at this Jiffy Lube I appreciate everything you did for me today 04/16/26

Every time I go there they always want to do something else for more money . I’m a 73 Year young woman , and I think they can win me over , BUTTTTT NOTTTTTTTT It’s very aggravating

Quick and courteous service! The price was in the higher range.

The team that worked on my car were amazing. They didn't make you feel like just a customer, they made you feel like a friend or family member. I went in for an oil change. I thought they only did oil changes but when they spoke to me about my brakes and told me they can do it right then and there I was sold. I spent most of the day there due to my cars tires not wanting to come off and instead of being annoyed and sending me on my way to deal with it somewhere else they helped. Truly amazing men that work there. I will be returning every time I need an oil change or anything else I need for my car.

It took longer than told. The rear brakes was important to fix. The squeal is gone. The premium belt seems important as well. Thank you for taking care of my maintenance needs.

I came in silently panicking because I knew something felt 'off' with my car, but I didn't want to say out of fear of being swindled out of money. I asked for an oil change and the techs found my issue was poor brakes and new filters needed. They did all of the work in less than an hour and were very polite and patient with me. I asked if they could repair something else I knew was wrong, but nobody else seemed to be able to fix it previously. They did. And advised of the warranty. Very professional, very reasonable pricing. Felt valued as a customer.
