Great service and honest , I am now a regular customer. They took care of a problem that was created at time of service and made repairs at no cost 7to me.

I had a very positive experience with this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain their recommendations. I feel they went above and beyond. They even vacuumed my car. Thank you so much for the great service.

Employees were extremely kind. I can't express that enough. They didn't have the filter needed for my oil change. However, they were very transparent and honest about it, and offered for me to come back again for a free change. My oil change came out to $88 with a coupon, they filled my tires with air and were extremely quick. Definitely recommend. The woman I spoke to was super nice as well.

So this week was rough for me August 10-17th. I was informed by my mechanic that I had a Crack on the top of my radiator and that he could replace my radiator but not until today 8/17/25. In the meantime time I live in Catonsville and have used frederick rd jiffy lube for 16 years. I work ofd Joppa rd across the street from poppa rd jiffy lube. Never been there before but I have a long drive to and from work. Especially from work to catonsville in traffic everyday. Well out of fear of overheating, I went to joppa rd location for a top off of anti freeze. So that way I knew I could make it home. Ended up going again yesterday, young woman helped me and was very sweet. Took her maybe 3 minutes. Told me no problem all good have a good day. Well today again, I stopped by for the same top off, like I said, so I can make it home safely. The big guy, manager I guess, proceeded to tell me it was to hot and he couldn't open it, I said no it's not I just left work across the street it's not hot. He then said this is the last time I'm doing this, don't come back again. I said believe me I won't, getting my radiator put in this evening. He said you said that last time, like I was lying. I said look just put enough so I can get home, he said, you said that last time too. Ignorant ignorant person. I have never ever had a problem in Catonsville. Took his lazy self 20 minutes to put anti freeze In when the young lady and other gentleman did it within minutes. I'm grateful for there service, but the big guy needs customer service skills. Went to this location for help and treated like shit.

Took longer than I wanted or expected, but the technicians were uncompromising in making sure my work vehicle was up to maintenance and safety. The leader kept me very well informed during my stay. Keeping me aware of what was going on and why. Communication is the key to a great experience. This Jiffy Lube is 5 stars in every aspect of my visit, and every other time I've been there ( every few months) been using this JL since my father moved into Autumn Lake nursing home. Over a year ago. Thank you. Update. I need to mention that I use this jiffy lube to maintain my company vehicle, there is a fleet insurance that pays for everything and has a set of maintenance requirements for the vehicle when it reaches certain mileage. The last two times there have been multiple multiple added items extra. These guys do there best to get it done as quick as possible without losing quality. If the employees were not so friendly and always keeping me informed, the time that I was there would have been unbearable. The manager is great always keeps me in the loop and tries to keep me in good space even after the hours start passing. Another great experience

Great customer service and they change tires way less expensive

I go here for oil changes, but last week pulled in to get air in tires. Attendant told me my front tire had no tread, and checked all my tires for me. Both front tires were bald! Next day I got 2 new tires on my car. THANK YOU, Jiffy Lube for saving me from a possibly dangerous accident. ??

Said I had a leak when I didn’t got 2 different mechanics that said it was fine

My tire popped on a storm drain about 100 ft from the shop and I pulled into the lot. The owner came out and changed my tire for me. I am so grateful! Great service, kind people please go here!

They overfilled my oil pan. My oil stick oil level was a good half inch away the marker for full. I will try going to another Jiffy Lube the next time I need an oil change.
