Went to Jiffy Lube in Westfield those guys out there awesome I didn’t get double team. I got triple team with great customer service the love for my car and the respect as one of their best customers just wanna say great job out there you guys Will, Jacob, and Kendall.

Legendary service from Brian L, Noah S, and Wilken P. Went in needing an oil change and left with a positive outlook on the world.

Jiffy Lube – Westfield, MA This was my fourth visit to the Jiffy Lube in Westfield, and the service is always consistently excellent. Calvin, Brian, and Noah were amazing—professional, friendly, and very informative. They not only checked my tire pressure but also filled all the tires to the proper levels, topped everything off, and applied a coupon, which I really appreciated. I don’t go anywhere else because they’re not just “sometimes good”—they’re always good. Honest, knowledgeable, and they truly know what they’re doing. Highly recommend.

I thought that I needed an oil change but was told that I didn't. I have had great service in the Westfield shop.

Great and quick service for an oil change. If anyone does a brake job with you they are seriously handicapped. I can do it for less than $200 in my driveway. My mechanic will do it for $300 and you bingos tell me $795 lmao

Fastest oil change I’ve ever had. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Brian and Dameion did a great job.

Went in last week for an oil change and was pleasently surprised. Quiet store and the young man working that helped me was very helpful. Got an oil change and a radiator flush per his recommendation. He was both knowledgeable and respectful, he explained the process to me and it didn’t feel pushy like it has in the past being a woman at a car shop. I asked his name and he told me it was Quincy, thank you Quincy I will be back again!

This window replacement was not a routine event due to the age of vehicle. My 1995 Mercury Sable has been in our family since new and the deterioration of the windshield frame due to rust created a challenge for this Safelite team. They reacted professionally and facilitated a solution with WMC, a neighboring body shop, to repair the window frame in time to allow Safelite's windshield installation by the end of the same day.

Dan did a great job and was very friendly and professional. The whole staff was wonderful!

I’ve been to Jiffy Lube probably 50 to 100 times in my life and never had a bad experience. This time when I got there on a Monday morning 15 minutes after they opened the was only one guy working. He came out and greeted me happily and went about his work. He was busy and moved with a good attitude through the entire process. I know it’s not easy to work alone at a place like this so I’m giving this guy a 5 star rating and I’ll definitely be going back next time I need an oil change.
