I've been a customer of West Springfield's Jiffy Lube for 4 years and the guys there are always helpful, quick and friendly! The last oil change, Desron gave me solid advice for my radiator to be flushed; a couple days later my engine was nearly overheating. I came right back and Desron & Zion worked so diligently on my vehicle - they truly saved my Jeep for these hot days to come. Thank you again!

Good service nices people they check everything on my car

The whole crew at Jiffy Lube did a great servive on my oil change on 4/14/26. They explained thouroughly there recomendations for my car and I did add a new air filter which was definitely needed. I've been coming to this Jiff Lube for over 10 years, and I highly recommend them !

This is related to a one star review. I gave this location this past weekend. I got my brakes worked on which was my fault. I had taken too long to get it worked on and it’s kind of an emergency. They did a good job working on the most part when I went to pick up the car Apparently the brake Line had air in it for a leak somewhere. It was the end of the day so I couldn’t get it fixed then there was no one on staff to get it fixed. I wasn’t happy for obvious reasons because my car felt unsafe to drive. However, I still needed to go to work so I had to take it anyways and I was able to make it work. Monday I was able to bring it back in and they worked on it quickly you got my issue resolved in less than an hour. I appreciate Bryan‘s hard work, as well as his team’s, making sure I was able to get my car back on the road safely again. Thank you very much for turning that around for me!

Frank and his team diagnosed the issues with my car and took care of the installation of new brakes right away. I feel safe in my car again and I really appreciate the good work.

Glad they were open until 7pm. One of the windshield wipers broke off while I was driving in the rain and snow. I pulled in and got 2 new windshield wipers and the staff was friendly even with me showing up 10 minutes before they close.

I have been to jiffy lube a few times now. Everytime I am greeted with excellent customer service. This past time I needed a part for my shifter. Phillip went to two junkyards to see if the part was there. Unfortunately it wasn't. Philip then ordered the part for me along with a sensor I needed. Phillip has great customer service and is always willing to go the extra mile. The manager I think his name is Brian is always so friendly. He will always update me with what's going on, also tries to get me a good price and he succeeds. I sit and watch the workers. And honestly in my opinion everyone is hard working especially in this cold weather. I am highly satisfied with jiffy lubes service. I will definitely be returning. Thank you guys for all your hard work!!!

Was there to meet up w a friend. They let me in the bay, while they worked on my buddy's car, he was there for a pul change, the techs were super friendly, shop was very clean, as clean as a working shop can be, they were very efficient and thorough. 5 out of 5, THE ONLY thing I can say is the continental stuff some of it wasn't done or asked about.

I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in West Springfield. The staff was professional, friendly, and quick without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to push unnecessary services, and made sure my car was good to go before I left. The shop was clean, organized, and the service was efficient from start to finish. I really appreciate the honesty and the customer care here—definitely my go-to spot for oil changes and maintenance. Highly recommend!

I love how when he told me I needed coolant and it would cost extra, I told him I had some at home and he didn’t push to try to sell it to me. Great job guys appreciate the help!

Very fast, friendly, and hardworking crew. In and out in under 10 minutes. They also put an AC blower hose in my passenger window to keep me cool while they worked on my car. NICE TOUCH!!

I desperately needed an oil change and decoded to try out Jiffy Lube. I've had some pretty ctappy experiences getting this done in pull up shops such as this one but decided i needed one badly enough to give them a shot. I was not disappointed. Chris was my texhnician and despite the fact thay yhey were shorthanded and very busy, i was serviced promptly. The job was done bery well and my vehicle was thorouggly checked and taken care of. He even added air to a tire that was low which i've never known any other technicians to even take the time to check. To top off a perfect service, Chris also made sure i was included in a promo that saved me 20$! Everyone working that day was professional and went above and beyond to help each customer that came through. I would reccomend this particular shop to anyone in need of any of the many services they offer. Thanks Chris from Jiffy Lube, store#2561!
