Out of all the Jiffy Lubes I have been to, this Jiffy Lube is the best. Service is super fast , it's also in a great location. I have a Kia the oil goes really fast and they always help me maintain it.

Needed new wipers during a snow and storm they were open One broke off all I was breaking the ice off of it then it was an emergency situation

They treated my truck like the workhorse it is — fast, thorough, and with real attention to detail. They walked me through what was being done, pointed out a couple small things to keep an eye on, and had me back on the road quicker than I expected. As someone who depends on this truck to run my business, that level of professionalism means everything. Big shoutout to the team — especially Sam who took care of my service. I've become a very loyal customer of Jiffy Lube in Wakefield, MA and will only take my vehicles to this Jiffy Lube location because of the General Manager. The GM Gina Battinelli is Fantastic ! She is Excellent with the customers, is very knowledgeable, makes great recommendations, and is very skilled with all phases of car care. She has extended the life of my vehicles with her suggestions for car care and recommended services. She's the Best ! I Highly Recommend Her & Jiffy Lube, Wakefield, Massachusetts.

I love going to Jiffy Lube in Wakefield. The employees are super respectful and very professional. They take very good care of my car, before any services are performed, the employee asked me and tell me the price, I never feel pressured to get the service done. Service is done efficiently, I can see the employees while they are working on my car plus my car is returned to me cleaner vacuumed, clean windows. Great service.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Wakefield, MA Jiffy Lube today. The attendant was knowledgeable and efficient. I will go there again next time my vehicle requires an oil change.

I had an outstanding experience this morning with Gina, Sam and Damien. My 88 year old Mom had the brakes replaced on her car at Reading Jiffy Lube in July. Some squeaking appeared in the rear a few weeks ago. Reading closed so I brought to Wakefield. The squeaking was not happening when I brought it in but Gina and Sam still went above and beyond to figure out what was going on to ensure the safety of my Mom. The squeaking has now stopped and they have earned my respect and appreciation for caring beyond what was required for the job. I would highly recommend them!

This place is amazing. They work hard and they actually care about you and your vehicle. I felt bad for the lady at the front desk today. She had a customer that told her he was giving her 1 star because she couldn't break a big bill. She had explained to him that they don't Carry a big bank and she was sorry she couldn't break his bill for change. The guy was very angry and was acting like a KAREN. I will always go back to jiffy! They are fast and efficient.

These folks are amazing! They remember me, and I can count on them for all my car issues! I drive an old truck, and sometimes I'll need random work done, and they're always helpful. If they can't fix what I need, they've gone out of the way to figure out why and point me to someone who can.
