Went in for a quick oil change and small maintenance and got exactly that! Everyone was kind, respectful and very friendly! They did a great job, explained everything thoroughly, and ensured my trust in them!

I can't recommend the Jiffy Lube on Boston Rd. enough. All the guys there are super helpful. Kenny greets each customer like family, Joey was honest about the servicing and pricing. And Joaquin took no time to fix the issues. These guys know their craft.

Had a great experience at the Boston Rd Springfield Jiffy Lube. I was greeted right away and got into the shop just moments later (always good when the "to do" list for the day is long!). The attendants were efficient and got the oil change done quickly as well as the other complimentary checks.. other fluids (topped off if needed), tire pressure check and windshield wiper check. Staff, especially Kenny, the initial greeter, was great...very qualified and professional and all worked well together. A very positive shop for the company, and well worth the little drive to get there; reasonably priced, very efficient and quick, and STILL friendly! Thank you.

Jiffy lube on Boston rd gave excellent customer service.

Worker was very helpful accommodating and respectful in a time of confusion for me being the Customer trying to understand my previous service versus my service I received today. Worker allowed me the space to communicate my confusion regarding the pricing today versus my pricing at my previous service. Worker did not get frustrated with explaining previous Services to me and educated me on different variables that part and the differences between Services. I typically am used to getting workers who are very argumentative and debating with me however, that is not what took place today. I appreciate the time that he put into allowing me to see physically, my history of Services on the computer right in front of my face Versus just verbally speaking it. I respect the fact that workers can step outside of their scope and understand how the customer feels when checking out With their company. I was having a tough day and I thought I was going to have a even tougher one, but thankfully, I did not have to experience that

This place is one of the best ine to do yor maintenance. The guy who gives you the welcome is one of the best there, i love the way he do the job a 10 star for him and the spanish speaker guy is another one that deserves a 10 star for his patience and professionalism. I do love this places.

I recently purchased a used Honda Odyssey, and wasn't sure when it needed an oil change. Sure enough the signal came on, 10% oil left. Go figure on the evening we're expecting 4-6 " of snow. Needless to say, I was in and out of the shop within an hour. No extra hassles, trying to convince me to purchase more. Great service, and very efficient. Thank you all for making this experience easy.
