Great service! Quick in and out on a Saturday. Empathetic workers ( I was bringing in a car rental) for my situation. Didn't try to upsell me on anything, only let me know what I really needed (for example, the air filter had hatched spider eggs in it! ICK!). Highly recommend.

This is the best Jiffy Lube I've ever been to, and it easily earns a 4-star rating. I would knocked down 1 star because there is corporate bs you have to deal with at any big Business. That being said I gave them 5 because the workers are that good. You will get taxed for basic services like oil changes and transmission fluids, but if you don't mind paying a bit more, it is an easy process and they do good work. Personally, I just won't get taxed on basic stuff, so that is not why I come here. Charging $120 for oil then adding on coupons or $180 for a transmission fluid flush is just too high when Monroe across the street will drop the pan and replace the filter gasket for way less. What makes this location a so good is that they actually have highly skilled mechanics and a drive-over grease pit. That gives them incredible access under the vehicle to spot tricky suspension and safety issues. They are the only shop in town that successfully diagnosed my wheel bearing, and they even changed a part on my EVAP system for a very fair price. The labor rate sits around $160 an hour, which is completely reasonable for the quality of work they do. It is honestly bafdy to trust a Jiffy Lube with a wheel bearing job, but this team is that good. This place absolutely shines for a DIY mechanic who needs a team with the right shop tools and lifts to handle the really hard stuff. Their customer service is top-tier because are HONEST. They will honestly tell you what the exact issue is, what needs to be fixed right away, and what can wait. They do not try to upsell you just to take your money. If you can fix it yourself, they will tell you what's the issue. The biggest downside is that they are forced to buy overpriced O'Reilly parts, which jacks up their final rates. For example, they quoted me $300 for an OEM wheel bearing when I knew I could buy a high-quality Moog part myself for $120. Another minor gripe is that while Pat is a great master tech, they really do not want to touch heavily rusted beaters unless it is a very simple job. From a business standpoint, that is fair because nobody wants the liability of breaking rusty bolts, but it is still something to keep in mind. If your in an newer car I don't think you'll have this issue. If you have a niche or troubling mechanical issue you cannot figure out, this is the spot to take it for a fair diagnosis first time and they won't tax you 250 on every job like firestone just to tell you it's a tiny thing. Thank you!
