I took my rarely driven Subaru to the Norwood Jiffy Lube for an oil change because the last oil change was in August 2024 and we’re about to take it on a trip that might add 1000 miles of driving. When I got into place, the attendant ( sorry, I don’t recall his name ) looked up my record and told me; “ you don’t need an oil change. You have at least 2000 miles left.” He checked the dipstick to make sure, and showed it to me. Then refilled my wiper fluid, checked other fluids, updated my sticker and sent me on my way. No charge. In other words, he gave honest advice and good service and didn’t take my money for a service he thought I don’t need. In 2025. Amazing. Thank you.
