Swift service and friendly staff

Brought my car in and was out within 20 mins. They were extremely friendly and even gave me $20 off! Charging a lot less than my mechanic. They gained a customer for life.

I had Joseph handle both of my cars for oil change. He was just amazing. I had an issue with a gift card purchase but he was kind enough to resolve it and make it work. Will visit here again for future oil changes.

Ended up having a medical emergency in the lobby. Employees personally assisted me and called an ambulance. When I was able, they completed my oil change and held my car until I was able to pick it up. 100/10 best people ever

Very nice people, a little pricey on my windows wipers.

The Manager and crew run a top rate shop at the middlesex st location. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Today I dealt with Sammy. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous he knows his business and performs at a high level and made me feel very comfortable knowing he was working on my vehicle. Oil change, rotated my tires and changed out the air filter. Also went over my brakes with me. I’ve been coming to this location for the past 5 yrs and will continue to bring my vehicles here. I’m very comfortable here and have never had an issue with the services they provide.

I went in at 550 and asked if they were still doing oil changes. He said yes so I pulled my car in and they began working on it immediately. Car was done by 6 right on tike for them to close up shop and go home. These guys are the best! 10/10 recommend!

Thank you to the gentlemen who serviced my Honda! They did both an oil change, transmission fluid change, and replaced my air filter. They were so nice! They took my van right in and I was able to wait with my car. The price for everything was very reasonable, and I will Definitely take my van there again!!! If you need an oil change or services, take your care there! You won’t be sorry!!!!!

They were all wonderful. Joseph x2, Benjamin and Isaiah, as well as, the other guys that were working on other cars (all 3 bays in use) were nice, professional, and non-judgemental of going over my miles. One of them even called 4 different stores trying to find windshield wipers for me, because they didn't have them in stock. I highly suggest this budget friendly gem. The only problem was getting into the parking lot because 3 different cars parked in the middle of the driveway (inventory drop off to neighbor stores). But that's not their fault it's unfortunately the location and a busy Saturday.

It was a cold Saturday evening. Almost to closing time, the services I got were explained to me in a very good manner. I had gone over my mileage by a good number of miles. The staff was not judgmental. Things happen. Overall the service staff is good and helpful.
