Quick, courteous, efficient and helpful. The technician showed me the filters he recommended to be changed to ensure I saw the situation. I will definitely use again.

The employees were very professional and efficient. The oil change was reasonable. However, I needed an cabin air filter; $59.99 and an air filter; $34.99. Obviously I've needed clean ones, but the prices were starting. At least I don't have to replace them for a long time.

Fast, friendly and honest, I was in and out within 15 minutes as they say, miss quoted for the cabin air filter and they made it right immediately. Will be back in the future

While on vacation our splash cover had lost some bolts and was dragging. Despite pulling up just before they closed, they quickly checked it out, got everything reattached and we were back on our way within 10 mins. Many thanks to their team for quick and friendly fix!

Arrived in Hyannis needing an oil change and only having a few hours on a Friday afternoon to find someone to do it. This Jiffy Lube was really great! Waited in line about 45 minutes but things moved along repeatably, about 10-15 mins per car. When my turn came, manager Kevin asked the right questions about what I wanted and then changed my oil, checked and topped up fluid levels, even adjusted the air pressure in my tires. I'm still amazed when I compare this to dealing with a car dealer. Thanks to Kevin and the team!!

My first oil change at Jiffy Lube, it went down better that I had expected. The whole experience from getting in line to out the door in less than 45 minutes. Having worked on my own cars for more than 50 years, there was nothing that got lost in the shuffle. Thanks to Austin and his crew. A bit more expensive than I expected, but about average priced. I was surprised by the list of services they offer.
