Had a great experience here! Andrew and augustin are extremely kind and respectful and really went above and beyond with the service they gave. They were also very fast and respectful of my time. They’re genuine good guys who are honest and do good work—this will definitely be my place to go whenever I need work done on my car

I had a great experience here today. I brought my car in to get wipers and my tires topped off. The gentleman that met me in the parking lot noticed a problem with my tire that otherwise would have gone unnoticed by me. His manager explained to me what needed to be done but it wasn’t a service that they could provide and suggested some nearby places. He also put my spare on for me and didn’t just send me down the road. A great professionally run operation that reminds me of mechanics growing up.

Overall it was a great experience-quick and easy with no hard upsells.

Called ahead (#1 during recording ) & Ian said they had room for me. They took me right away, and Kyle was my tech. Everyone there was great! There is a $10 coupon on their website, just show it to them on your phone.

I came right around closing time and the service was done quickly and efficiently, they were so nice and receptive

I've been coming to this one since having to buy my FIAT back in 2023 and they've always done well. Most places have problems with Fiats but these guys always do the job and do it right, I've had other places do a terrible job just changing the oil in my car! They're upfront with the prices and work fast and don't tell me to get unnecessary work done either. I've went to them for oil, filters, struts, and general service.

The team was so nice when I came in for an oil change. I came in a few weeks later to have other work done on my car. They were so transparent with how much the materials would cost and ordered them for me in advance. Thanks!

I would go well out of my way to go to this jiffy lube. Dalton went WAY above and beyond to help me after encountering a problem removing my oil filter. He did absolutely everything possible to fix it where most in his position probably would have given up. I really cannot say enough good things about Dalton (and Jacob)! To say that the service was outstanding would be an understatement. DONT GO TO VALVOLINE. Go to this jiffy lube!

David R is a true professional. He explained the options of services clearly. While servicing my vehicle, he found a couple of potential issues. Without an aggressive upsell strategy, He discussed them with me and let me decide. I truly appreciate that. He is friendly, polite and professional. The Framingham location is fortunate to have him.

I have just completed a ATF (automatic transmission fluid) change on my FIAT 500X. An outstanding experience with David. He is very professional, very helpful. It is my third time in this location (2 oil changes and now one ATF change) and I would absolutely advise to use their service. I will do all the possible maintenance at this location for the services that they offer. David went above and beyond to make sure that the service was perfect.

David provided us with first class service last week in the middle of a brutal heat wave. Our daughter left her car with us while she went on an 8/day overseas trip. The car then promptly began leaking oil on our driveway. David diagnosed the problem as a faulty drain plug and replaced it quickly. We were on our way home soon and it was as simple as that. The station was busy that day, but David explained the simple problem clearly and patiently and treated us with professional courtesy and respect. We highly recommend David and the crew at Jiffy Lube on Edgell in Framingham, MA.!

These guys were great. They did quick work and thoroughly explained the things they did to my car. They also took the time to make me aware of a few things I’ll need to address soon with my vehicle. They answered all my questions really well. The best part was that they were really pleasant people though :)

I had a great experience today. David helped me out a lot…with the oil change and told me what else I need to do to keep up with the maintenance on the car. It’s hard to get good customer service and David was by himself with multiple cars in the bay and was still energetic and informative! Thank you Dave!

Amazing work! Truly excellent service and good people working here. We will be eternally grateful to two really incredible techs (Megh and Michael) who helped us with a major oil leak issue… at closing time on a Friday night. We were far away from home and these guys stayed an hour past close to make sure we could continue on a road trip to New York, repairing a problem caused by another JL location in Seabrook, NH — at no extra charge to us. Wow. I think they restored my faith in humanity — I can’t thank them enough for helping us resolve the issue and get to our destination safely.

Really wonderful Jiffy Lube location! Glad this is so close to my house -- I can easily hit up this location for an oil change or a top-off with no problem. I'm usually out in less than 15 minutes and the staff here is really friendly compared to some other locations I've visited. If you're in the area and need an oil change -- this Jiffy Lube is a safe bet!
