In and out but expensive

$96, for an oil & filter change?!

Excellent service here,and no place in this area of Massachusetts compares.

Quick, efficient, and friendly.

I went there and asked for a synthetic oil change and they reminded me that I can go 5000 miles with the synthetic and don’t need an oil change right now. These guys are the best!! Honest and very professional. I will be back for sure!

Great customer service. The only issue is they said they filled the washer fluid as a part of the signature service but they forgot to add the washer fluid. Otherwise they were great.

Excellent service! I drive a VW Beetle and I know parts are sometimes hard to come by and the car itself is difficult to work on, but they did it no problem. Even vacuumed the inside!! Definitely recommend

In the past I haven’t been the biggest fan of quick oil change facilities due to 2 particular experiences. The manager had such an easygoing but yet confident demeanor that won me over and I decided to have my coolant changed. The cost was considerably cheaper than the dealership, service was completed in considerable less time and he vacuumed the front of my car. This was all done in view of a clean and comfortable waiting area that I only needed to be in for 15 minutes. I feel it is the management of the Fairhaven store that makes it stand above.

The staff were very attentive, quick and efficient, showing me the filters that needed to be changed and explaining to me why they were being changed. My next exchange and my wife's car exchange will definitely be there. In addition, I will recommend my friends too. Thank you team for the great service.
