Great customer service make sure everything was efficient everybody at work today. Did a great job fantastic. Make sure he was good. Checked on us multiple times and best place to get a oil change.

I am a young adult women and to be honest getting any maintenance done on my vehicle makes me nervous especially when its almost always with an all man crew. Only because I don't wanna get ripped off, conned, or convinced I need something when in reality they just want to make an extra buck from me. But Miguel & Jayden i talked to the most and they were super informative and helpful! Miguel explained the break down of the bill and showed me all the work the guys had done on my car and gave me multiple coupons to make my total as low as possible! Its very refreshing to have honesty, integrity and professionalism in this industry and I will be recommending to my friends n family! Shoutout to all the other workers as-well because everyone was very friendly and kind! Thank You!

Brandon, Hector, and Rolando were all fantastic. They were friendly and professional. Both Hector and Rolando were able to identify the relevant issues with my vehicle. They walked me through each issue and made me feel confident that a) they knew their stuff and b) I wasn’t getting ripped off. While waiting, Brandon made sure to check in multiple times and make sure I didn’t have any additional questions. It was all done in a timely manner and I intend to return to this location in the future. Thank you staff!

I went there for routine maintenance and Stephanie was so helpful. She broke down what is normally overwhelming information in an easily digestible way and kept me in the loop during the process, with my million questions. As a first time customer, I’m sure to return. I’m nervous with hope that I placed my car in trusted hands after reading the reviews of other customers. I went to JL on a whim and a novice when it comes to car knowledge, but so far so good. Thank you again, Stephanie, hope you’re there when it’s time for my next check-in.

LongMeadow Jiffy Lube team are on point and work awesome together and there not like Firestone in west Springfield that I was the only customer yet for an 11am appointment ended up being there over an Hr yet 4 customers that came in after me was taken in first I wouldn’t recommend the West Springfield Firestone but I do recommend the Jiffy Lube in LongMeadow
