I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube in Auburn, MA! From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into any unnecessary services, and had me back on the road in no time. A special shoutout to Chris, the General Manager, for running such a smooth and customer-focused operation. It’s clear he takes pride in making sure customers are treated with respect and honesty. The staff worked quickly but carefully, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. If you’re looking for fast, reliable service with a team that truly cares, I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Auburn! I’ll definitely be back.

Came in for an oil change and some new windshield wipers. I was 10,000 miles over my sticker (shhhh I’m just a girl) I was greeted by John we both laughed about it and he proceeded to go above and beyond in every way for my service! I had 6,000 questions about random car stuff he answered them all. He also helped me with another tech issue with my car that had nothing to do with what I came in for. John was professional, funny and made something I usually dread doing something enjoyable. I highly recommend going here and I wanted to make sure John gets his flowers.now my car won’t blow up Thanks again!!!!

Best place for a quick oil change

Auburn jiffy lube is great! Fast, efficient, and friendly. I have two kids under 5 and my husband works crazy hours, so this is our to go place for oil changes. They always are honest about wait times so that my kids don’t get antsy. I love that we are in and out quickly and without any issues!

Very quick and helpful

I usually change my own oil but they do a $30 tire rotation which I wanted to get before winter and they really impressed me. When I pulled up they saw my veterans plates and let me know I will be getting 20% off. These guys and gals are great at what they do and don’t try to sell anything you don’t need. I was in and out in 20 minutes, oil change, tire rotation, they changed my air filter, topped off my washer fluid and filled my tires with air. Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for my oil changes and anything minor that they can take care of ever since I moved to the area 2ish years ago. All of the guys are so welcoming and helpful, and they have taken amazing care of my car! Best jiffy lube I’ve been to

Rob is a great manager. Plus, when they find $250 in your glove box and have a priceless yet professional reaction, it makes for a good laugh. Rob is a great manager there so I keep going back. Sure maybe I pay $15 more but I trust their work.

The team worked together well and had my vehicle in and out in quick time. No wait to get started. They made their recommendations and respectfully accepted the choices I made for added work or not. I'll def come to this location again & recommend to others.
