Danielle was amazing. We were desperate. It was Fourth of July weekend. We were traveling from Texas to Alabama. Our car started missing. After some evaluations and asking for repair work at several places, Danielle answered the phone and said,”We will absolutely help you.” She said, “Come on in.” I am sure they were anxious to go home right before the holiday but they welcomed us and were quite wonderful. Thank you Danielle. We love you.

I was driving on I-20 from Texas to Alabama when my car engine started “missing” in Louisiana. After trying four or five auto repair shops and finding they were booked solid, mid-afternoon just prior to a July 4th holiday, I called Jiffy Lube, who was recommended by my daughter. Lucky for me, Christine answered the phone and said they would take care of me, even if the repair went beyond their closing time. In a world where it would be easy to say “no, it’s too late in the day,” we need more people like Christine, and more establishments like Jiffy Lube, who go above and beyond to take care of us when we need it. Thank you, Christine and your mechanics. I appreciate you.
