Always very friendly and quick. Which is wonderful if you plan on going on your lunch break! Been using them for years and always recommending them. Danny is always very helpful.

I just left my local Jiffy Lube in Alexandria, Louisiana, and it was by far the best experience I've ever had with the company. I recently bought a new-to-me truck, so I wasn't sure about the pricing, how much oil it needed, or what services were recommended. The staff made the entire process easy and stress-free. Damien, Don, and Danny were all friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Not only was the service very reasonably priced, but it was also the smoothest and most pleasant experience I've ever had at a Jiffy Lube. A huge thank you to the crew at Jiffy Lube Store #2310. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I give them 5 stars... plus 5 more! They definitely earned a lifelong customer.

Danny, Damian, and Don were fantastic! They were honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain which fluids were low without trying to upsell me on services I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s transparent and focused on helping the customer. I highly recommend them for your routine vehicle maintenance and basic car care needs!

I had the pleasure of getting my oil changed by 3 amazing workers. Danny, Damien, and Zach. The service was superb, they were friendly, and made sure I didn’t spend extra on something that wasn’t needed. Very Personable, helpful and fast.

The guys here are so incredibly kind and professional! They were not able to change my oil because of the makeup car that it is, but they Safely assess the situation to see if there was a way for them to perform the service I needed. They were helpful in helping me with my tire readjustment, and I am incredibly grateful for their help.
