Friendly and courteous and very helpful, I will definitely be back.

The service was great! My only complaint is it was 96 degrees and there was no AC in the waiting area.

I just wanted all fluids check and tire pressure done. Very friendly and just altogether a great place to take you car for service. Highly recommended on Lanec Allen rd. Lex. Ky

Great service great help quick fast get it done

The service was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I could have is the waiting area was hot. There was one small fan enough for one person. I'm assuming the air conditioning was out. I hope for future customers and staff that it's fixed soon.

I went in for an oil change today and was immediately greeted/helped. I could only afford a basic blend oil change but was not pressured to buy the more expensive oil or other add in items, like an air filter. It was very refreshing and when I asked about doing brakes I was provided a great amount of information! It’s always a great experience for me when I come to this location!

Best service in town

My name is Patricia Daugherty and I was all the way across town. I am a senior citizen and I am also a diabetic all of a sudden my car got hot and I was all the way across town and I stopped at Jiffy Lube and I will say that they were the kindest, most compassionate people in the world. I had a water pipe that was came apart and they went and got apart for me. They fixed it. They were the Kind of people in the whole world I will always be grateful to them and when I need my oil changed and when I need fluids in my car, I will drive across town And let them take care of it. The young lady who took care of me was the most wonderful person in the world and I can’t say enough good things about Jiffy Lube on Lane Allen Drive.

When I came in with an AC problem and I just wanted to get an overall checkup on the car, the job was handled efficiently and I got results. I was treated with respect, which always gets me a vote of yes. I will come back.
