I’ve hesitated to use a quick oil change location as was pressured with upsells etc in the last. Today was absolutely different. Will was my contact here. He gave me my options and made it clear it was up to me. In addition, it was such a relaxed transaction that this is now my go-to place for oil changes!

First time using them. Excellent service, lobby was spotless.Fast service,transparency with pricing and recommendations for filters. They did a 18 vehicle check point and topped off my fluids Pricing was very reasonable and definitely a bargain compared with dealership prices. The entire team were efficient. Will the office team leader polite, respectful and helpful. Please check them out before dropping all your money for same if not subpar service at other dealerships.

In and out quick and they never try to sell me stuff I do not need

The staff at Jiffy Lube was friendly, professional, and efficient. Tim was the first person I met, and he did an excellent job greeting me outside the bay and getting the process started. He was a great point person and made me feel welcomed right away. Overall, a very good customer experience!

Tim was excellent and had great customer service. He recommended all the services that would benefit my vehicle and what condition it currently is in! I’ve gone to Jiffy Lube for the past three oil changes. They always do a great job and are always very friendly and helpful and get my services done quickly!

This location has serviced my car for a few years. Always get amazing service! Going on a trip and they took extra good care of me! Even vacuumed my car and washed the windows! Highly recommend! 100 out of 10!

This is the only oil change place I go to in Lex. The staff is always super friendly. They're not pushy when they try to upsell you. I've always been happy with their service.

Came to the Jiffy Lube after being quoted over $4000 for work from my local car dealership. I wanted a second opinion I showed up and Tim and the guys took care of me. Walked out after just under an hour only spending just over $300 110% recommend this place. I cannot give them enough love and enough thanks for taking care of me in my car for not looking at me and treating me like some dumb female, who knows nothing about cars. I will absolutely be back. I cannot recommend them enough.

Tim and the other mechanics were great. I like the fact that he recommended service based on the car and the mileage, but understood that I could not get it today. Jiffy Lube is totally my favorite.
