Did a great job with what I needed.

The team at Jiffy Lube far exceeded our expectations! We needed more than an oil change for our 2012 Jeep Wrangler, these guys diagnosed, got the parts and fixed my favorite vehicle sooner than promised. We can't thank this team enough!

Very nice experience. This was my first time visiting Kentucky and I needed my transmission fluid changed. The manager Bailey was very kind and mentioned what he felt like I needed at the moment. Many places usually try to upsell things that may not be urgent or can wait but he gave me good recommendations on what to focus on. I feel comfortable making the drive back to NC! Will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend!

I don’t know how to THANK BAILEY, JAY and their crew but they BLESSED my day today!!! Their parents should be very proud of them!! I was driving on the East-West Connector when my dash lights flashed a couple of times, I kinda freaked out a little bit. I’m staying at a local hotel, I am NOT from here, my home is almost 4 hours away, I saw Jiffy lube and decided to go ahead and get my oil changed. Jay came out and started getting my information and pulled me into bay 2, as soon as I pulled in and stopped my truck died. It was completely DEAD, they had already let their techs go home for the day…JUST MY STUPID LUCK AND IT HAD JUST STARTED POURING DOWN RAIN! There was NO ONE there to use the diagnostic machine, my heart sank, I was going to leave my truck there and walk to my hotel. Jay didn’t want to put a battery in my truck and that NOT be the problem I told him see if you have one THEY DIDN’T HAVE ONE! I panicked…I HAD NO ONE TO CALL THAT WAS EVEN CLOSE TO COME HELP ME or bring a battery!!!!! Jay called Bailey, they had found a battery but didn’t know if it would work, Bailey told them it would work! Well, one of the employees left to go pick up Bailey…WHO HAD JUST LEFT 10 minutes before I got there, this young man came back in to fix my truck, it WAS THE BATTERY! I have only had this truck a few months, when they checked my oil there was NONE showing on the dip stick! So the battery was $243, I still needed the oil changed but I really didn’t have enough money for both! I over heard Bailey telling Jay to add oil to my truck and not charge me. God bless these 4 men who came to my rescue tonight! I hugged Bailey and told them ALL THANK YOU! I don’t know what drew me to Jiffy Lube, Jay, Bailey and the other 2 awesome guys (I’m so sorry their names are escaping my mind). BUT I REALLY WANT TO THANK ALL 4 OF YOU FOR BEING THERE FOR ME!! Great service, did an oil change checked everything. Notice odd wearing patterns on rental being drive and helped us get photo for notification. They were pleasant, fast, knowledgable and careful.

These guys are my peoples. They take care of me every time. Sam’s personality is the best. Good job guys getting me in and out.

The best place I have ever been! The mechanics are kind and they don't try to push other services. They let you now about the problems and honest about whether you need it fixed or can wait. They are very thorough and get it done quickly. They also don't treat you like your stupid and try to take advantage of you. Number 1 place to go for an oil change in frankfort.
