Great customer service. Didn't charge me for a bunch of nonsense. Checked a few things I need to be aware of and I was out the door.

Oil change. Main guy was respectful of my concerns

I desperately needed an oil change at 6:00 p.m., called the place up and was able to get in and get out by 6:45 p.m. thank you guys for the attention to detail and care that you took with my car!

I called Jiffy Lube on West Central Wichita, Kansas. Stephen and his crew got me in stat! They are professional and personable. They take care of the VETERANS!!

Consistently go to this location for oil changes and they’ve always made sure to offer a discount on services or in-house pricing for services, which is appreciated. Met the manager’s father today, who had come in to get some work done on his car, too, and that resonated with me, because if the manager trusts that his parent will come in and be taken care of, they are doing things the right way here. Jiffy Lube catches a lot of slack, but my vehicle has always been taken care of here. Looking for a quick tire repair, replacement, or oil change? Come here and Carl or Stephen will get you taken care of.

kevin is amazing!! he talked me through the entire process and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking simple questions. i feel completely comfortable coming back for every problem i have with my car, i would trust him for anything! and the complimentary hot chocolate just takes the cake. don’t hesitate for the the cheap price! they really are the best in town! they need to give kevin a raise because he is the reason i keep coming back! my car drives much smoother and i have ride without caution now ??

Love coming to this place. Speedy care from people who show they care about your best interest. Stephen is always very helpful and informative. Comfortable office to wait in while they handle taking care of the vehicle.

After getting fraudulent information from another shop in town, I ended up at Jiffy Lube and they provided me with lots of information (including that a lot of the issues that the previous place said existed did not) and fixed what I needed done for 1/4 of the cost of the other quote. I’ll be a loyal customer from today on. Carl seems to be a trustworthy mechanic and makes sure you know what your options are.

Today had an oil change at Jiffy Lube on West Central and Ridge in Wichita for the first time. All the workers were super nice, polite, and explained details about my 2017 Buick Encore when I asked questions. No pressure but showed me physical proof of extra things I need. Their waiting area and shop was all clean and organized. I feel confident to return for future services.

Love the guys here! I come here whenever I need an oil change, when one of my lights come on, or even when my window won’t roll up! Carl always makes sure me and my car are taken care of! As a young person who doesn’t know much about cars, these guys always make sure I know all the ins and outs of mechanics! Thanks so much guys.
