They let me use my online coupon and drive my car into the service area and wait inside of it. They were a little scared but we laughed about it afterwards. Will go back to this jiffy lube.

It’s rare to find someone who truly takes pride in their work, but Mike absolutely does. Terry assisted me with a diagnostic of my vehicle. A code for the engine came up and he was able to assess correctly the part that needed to be replaced. This was a convenient experience done in about an hour. Their store manager Mikey was friendly and helpful. The mechanics showed me the full diagnostic after to prove that the issue had been resolved. Happy customer here. This was at 21st st in-between oliver and woodland.

For the past 8 yrs, I have only taken my Ford Focus to Jiffy Lube @ 6025 E 21St N., Wichita, Kansas, 67208… And, I have to say that Terry and Mikey are not only friendly, they are very professional and not pushy… I remember coming in twice for an oil change and they were honest by letting me know everything was good and come back in a few months!!

Very fast service, friendly staff. I appreciated Terry showing me additional maintenance items that needed to be addressed to make my older vehicle last longer. They understood my budget restraints, on a fixed income, and helped me address safety items first. The coupons offered by Jiffy Lube really help. Terry was awesome!

They were very friendly, clean and efficient. They were able to get me in fairly quick regardless of the big line of Ember Hope cars that were coming in. Would recommend!

Last minute oil change they were very friendly and helpful. I needed rear brake pads the showed me the front versus the back and we able to get them done in a timely manner. Thank you for making a vacation trip a safe one.

They had gotten me in an out with an oli change in a jiff. Not including vacuuming and checking psi on my tired and fliter I didn't even know I had. There really friendly, great company.

The one I used closed down. They have always listened and only done what I ask. Uou can get an.oil change and tire rotation in about 30 mins. Prices are competitive. Would recommend.
