Amazing work got me in and out also fixed another issue I had on my car with no charge. The guys are extremely helpful and they really do know what they’re talking about. I have been to multiple other shops for this issue that they picked with no charge and nobody else was able to help me.

My son had just come into town from Michigan for the holiday weekend and mentioned that his car had been making a strange noise. Since our plans were canceled because of the weather, we decided to see if someone could take a look at it. We thought it was probably just an alignment issue, but every shop we tried was either closed or couldn't get us in. We stopped by Jiffy Lube to ask if they did alignments, and that's when we met Devon. He let us know they don't do alignments but handle just about everything else. Before we even explained much, he noticed the way the tires were sitting and said he could already tell something looked seriously out of alignment. As we tried to leave, my son's car had other plans, it wouldn't move. Devon took another look and noticed that the CV axle had completely come apart, with pieces lying underneath the car. After looking closer, we also discovered the ball joint had failed. We were overwhelmed and had no idea how we were going to get the car repaired or even moved. Without hesitation, Devon assured us they could replace the CV axle and ball joint. When they couldn't safely get the car into the garage, they didn't give up. Instead, Devon rolled his tools out into the parking lot and repaired the car right there, in the rain. I honestly can't express how grateful we are. It's scary to think what could have happened if those parts had failed while my son was driving back to Michigan on the highway. Devon and his team went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. It felt especially fitting that this happened on the 4th of July. A day when we celebrate what makes this country great. To me, it's people like Devon and his team, neighbors helping neighbors when it matters most. Thank you for everything!

Had a minor issue with the battery terminal connection on our SUV a few weeks ago and Gary and his crew helped us get back going again and we were able make it back home to Manhattan, KS. They were very nice and understanding with our predicament. Thanks again!

Gary and his team at the Wanamaker Jiffy Lube were great! I called to inquire about a brake inspection, and Gary was able to get me in right away. His team did a thorough check and walked me through the work my car needed. They provided me with a detailed estimate, explained the cost, and provided information on financing options. When I was ready to schedule my brake replacement, Gary was incredibly helpful in making sure I could have my car fixed before I needed to go to work. During my appointment, I learned that they had a great team member (I think it was Alex) who offered to come in early to help get the work done more quickly. Not only was the team transparent, helpful, and hard working (they did a great job!), but they also offered me one of the lowest prices in town!
