Though it was a hot day in early September, I received pleasant and professional care from everyone I came in contact with, even the lounge was clean and engaging.

Shaun King, the multi site manager is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. My partner and I came in with our van literally smoking as we pulled up and there was not one judgment... just action and amazing bedside manners. I don't know about you all but I don't tend to trust anybody touching my vehicles and that goes for the dealership as well. It always seems as though they upsell everything. We were very up front about needing the van to be operable for the weekend and he didn't hesitate and did what it took to make it happen. We needed one part and he ended up tracking it down and personally picked it up to install. I wouldn't go to anybody else if I can help it. Thanks Shaun! Jiffy Lube is LUCKY to have somebody like you working the front lines.

Sean and the team were great stayed late to repair my tire when I was in a pinch.

Out of all the places I've had my oil changed, I can honestly say this one stands out as the best. The team here is not only professional, but they also go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic customer experience, paying great attention to comfort and satisfaction. Kudos to the management for creating such a wonderful atmosphere!

I’ve been to many Jiffy Lubes and I can tell you this is the absolute best service I’ve had. When I pulled up Da’Shaun met me and went over my options. He came inside and explained everything to me and upgraded my cabin and engine air filter. I got to talking with him and surprised to learn his age - he is well beyond his years. I work at Costco and when it comes to customer service (member service at Costco) - he definitely impressed me. I just moved to OP - and excited to come back next time. Thank you Da’Shaun! Also - bathroom and lobby was nice and clean as well.

By far the best Jiffy Lube experience I’ve had. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely professional. They caught an issue with my tire that could have been dangerous and fixed it immediately. I normally dread getting my oil changed but will return to this location.

I came very anxious because my check engine light was on in my brand new 2025 Trailblazer. They quickly diagnosed a coolant hose leak. They were extremely kind and comforting!

I use this jiffy lube because Shaun and his crewhave excellent customer service skills and they get the job done in a timely manner and done rite

My car started acting up during my lunch break at work and Shaun cleaned my entire engine, did the oil change, and even showed me why my car was having by the problems it had. They spent extra time on my car and didn’t charge anything for it. Deshaun was super kind and helpful while I was waiting in the lobby. The whole crew was respectful, patient, and diligent of my time. I will drive out of the way just to get service here in the future. They are amazing!!

We went to get an oil change and tire rotation. They were the most polite and respectful crew we have ever worked with. They explained everything thoroughly and were overall some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. Amazing customer service!

I'm amending this review based solely on the customer service of Sean the manager. I gave a 1 ? review bcuz this is 3rd time this problem has occurred... I refuse to believe in a 9-month span of time that jiffy lube can't hire at least one employee that can stay that long... Change your corporate culture and pay your employees well enough to want to stay. Sean the manager made it right and kept a customer. That's the bottom line.

The tech, Jospeh, was friendly and informative. We didn’t go to our normal location and he was reassuring and went above and beyond to help my seasonal depression vehicle.
