I have a wheelchair accessible van that does not get driven frequently. It had been over a year since its last oil change. It only been driven about 1500 miles since the last oil change. The technician checked the oil dipstick and showed me that it was still very clean oil. His personal recommendation was that it was not necessary to get the oil changed at this time. I really appreciated his honesty. He even topped off my window washing fluid, at no charge. I would definitely return again next time an oil change is needed.

Andrew helped me out for what he could do. My AC went out and still gave me a quote and helped out the best he could

This team went above and beyond for me when I was stuck 1.5 hours away after one of my Jeep's calipers flew off on the highway. Made calls for closer Jiffy Lubes when I was stuck in Higginsville. They even stayed late to get it done for me when the towing took a bit to get to me. Their kindness, generosity, and work will be forever appreciated ??

It is extremely rare for me to leave a review for anyone, much less voluntarily give one out for the first time, but these people deserve it. This has been my second time I came to their shop, this time asking for their help with an issue with my car. After an amazing first experience with them several months ago, they had been the first in mind to talk to. Not only did the team lead (I believe her name to be Cameo) recognize me from three months earlier, but Andrew went above and beyond ensuring the issue got resolved despite the late hour. As before, I find myself completely wowed by their performance and diligence when I left. I had not expected them to remember me after one interaction months ago. I had not expected an engaging and friendly conversation that met my needs and concerns. I had expected them to do the bare minimum, but instead Andrew did all he could to ensure it was fixed. And after how my week had been going, I was not expecting to get the issue to be resolved anytime soon. Great job to the team for their services they have provided. Thank you for what you do.

I think there’s new management?! Showed up at closing time - whoops - and while I said I’d come back another day, Cam and her team insisted it was fine. Listening to them communicate with each other felt thorough and honest: call and response style, with Trent relaying to me the callouts, as they checked my brakes, lights, filters. Trent was polite and efficient - I was told my air filters don’t need to be replaced, but one of them should be next time (!). Who knew my oil change would be a highlight today
