I only get my oil changed at this jiffy lube specifically, I frequently travel from Topeka to Kansas City and whenever I need an oil change I stop here. The techs are great and always hold a conversation if you want to! Nice hometown feel to the shop which is cool since it’s technically a chain. I’d want to shout out “shi” specifically she’s super sweet and knows exactly what she’s doing she’s changed oil on my Mercedes show car and my truck multiple times so she knows my vehicles! Great work guys you have a good team keep it up!

got my oil changed here today and it was super fast and straight forward! they tell you the price upfront and you pay at the end.

When I went to get my oil changed, they told me the computer was down so I had to pay in cash, when I came back with cash the guy helping me was so sweet! I believe his name is Diego if I remember correctly. I absolutely loved him, he was the sweetest car mechanic I have ever met! I will definietly be back in 6 months!

Diego was so polite AND so knowledgeable. It was a pleasure getting my service done at this location. You guys gotta keep him.

Awesome experience… the lady took care of what my car needed and gave me some great suggestions. I appreciate that she wasn’t trying to sell me a bunch of repairs my car wasn’t asking for just the maintenance my car needed. I will be coming back to Jiffy Lube on 23rd every time for an oil change and anything else that my car will need. I recommend Jiffy Lube on 23rd because the gentlemen and lady did a fantastic job of taking care of my car. The service was fast and simple.

Fantastic team! They got me a new battery and replaced a corroded terminal really quick, and were nice along the way.

I rely on these guys and they never fail me. My check engine light was on......turns out, my car was a pantry for quirrels.....acorns everywhere. Mathew, Andrew and Hanna completely went through mu car, changed filters, cleaned behind the glove box and cabin filter along with all the usual stuff they do......amazing.

I'm really thankful for the service I received and I would recommend everyone to go with them.
