Huge shoutout to the crew at Jiffy Lube, specifically Eli & Joe. I came in for a routine oil change, but after recently being in a car accident, my vehicle had some damage that had me worried about making it safely until repairs. These guys went way above and beyond. They took the time to tighten everything up and basically “band-aid” the problem so the car would be safe enough to get me by while I wait for the repair shop. They never rushed me, even though it was closing time, and were incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. They could’ve easily sent me on my way after the oil change, but instead they treated me like family. I can’t thank Eli & Joe enough for their kindness and willingness to help. If you’re looking for honest people who truly care about their customers, this is the place to go. Thanks again, guys!

Joe and team were amazing taking care of this Omaha girl! I have a unicorn of a Jeep (wrangler high altitude diesel) and Joe took the time to call the local Jeep dealership to make sure he used exactly what he was needed. Best service ever!!! They will even do a top off if u need it for the first 3000 miles! I won't ever get my oil changed at wal mart again thats for sure. Go to this jiffy lube I promise u won't regret it!!! I was actually trying to leave another review to let everyone know to ask for Julie and Travis at this jiffy lube on 75th st they are amazing!!! I would definitely recommend everybody taking there car there cuz they really care about u and ur car!! Don't go anywhere else u will regret not coming here i promise!!
