My experience is great in jiffy lube they have really good people and knowledgeable.

This was my first visit to this location , staff communicates clearly, are courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated their customer focus and teamwork while executing the service.

I always come to the Whiteland store and it’s always fast friendly service.

Working with Brandon and Eugene I feel they done me a solid job.

I came in with a clunking issue and they were able to let me know what it was and was able to fix it. They also shown me that lower ball joint is going bad and a better way to diagnose them.

My car dashboard lit up with issues on a trip heading south. With zero help from Autozone, we called this location and explained the situation. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and said they could help see whats going on. We got there and was met with the best customer service. They plugged in the device to read what codes would pop up. Although they couldn't fix the issue they gave us a local option, assured me it was safe to drive the car and answered all my other questions. Huge shout out to Brandon (assistant manager) for his friendliness and expertise. Highly recommend to anyone passing through and looking for friendly safe service.
