I’ve been using this location for the past 5 years. 3 different Hondas in the family. Always very nice, courteous and fair. I’ve never had any issues post service on any vehicles. Highly recommended.

Great experience, kind and funny workers, was in and out in 20ish minutes. Made the whole process quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

Second time I’ve been there and I will continue to give them my business. Both times I’ve had genuinely fun, funny conversation with the employees. They’re efficient and thorough. My first time there one of them helped me set my oil change reminder to pop up. First time had no wait, this time I waited maybe 5 minutes. 10/10 recommend.

These guys were quick and efficient with helping me replace my tire when no one else in a 30 mile radius could or would and it was CHEAP. Who knew 22 inch tires and rims were so hard to find in Indiana. Walmart around the corner told me it would be 45 dollars to put my new tire on my rim and then I’d have to place it on my car myself because of staffing issues, then when I arrive they told me they didn’t even have the right tools to do it. These places the tire on the rims and replaced it for me for only 30 bucks and it was very close to closing time. Highly recommend them.

I genuinely appreciate the team at this location time after time. They are always polite, friendly and professional. I've never had them try to upsell me, or pressure me to add services I don't need. I plan to remain loyal to this particular Jiffy Lube location for years to come.

Never had a bad experience here. Took my 5 1/2 month old baby with me and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for an oil change. More expensive than some places, but no scheduling - just stop in when you can and done in a short amount of time, hardly any waiting.

They were very professional. The service was great and they explained every detail what they were doing on my hood. The assistant manager was a great guy and they did a great job in Southbend.
