The guys are awesomely efficient and friendly. The guys even checked my tires and told when I will need to replace them. Jiffy Lube's prices are amazing!!

Never had a bad experience here. Took my 5 1/2 month old baby with me and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for an oil change. More expensive than some places, but no scheduling - just stop in when you can and done in a short amount of time, hardly any waiting.

They were very professional. The service was great and they explained every detail what they were doing on my hood. The assistant manager was a great guy and they did a great job in Southbend.

I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube. I was in and out in minutes with no appointment. They did a full inspection and I felt like Mary, the assistant manager, really cared about my car and not just on upselling me things. I felt welcome and taken care of. The top off service is a great value add, where I can take my car to any Jiffy Lube and have my air or fluids topped off. No waiting rooms, no pressure on the upsell, and took the time to explain how other issues with my vehicle work. Would recommend and will return.

Ive been going to this location for years for oil changes and other works- brake scraping, tensioner replacement, new battery, tire rations, checks and all - and they’ve always done a fantastic job. Every fix has been done right the first time and has kept my 10 year old car on the road and functioning perfectly. Everyone on staff is incredible friendly, professional, and talented. They pinpoint and solve problems fast, at an incredibly affordable rate, and they always explain what’s going on clearly in a way that isn’t condescending. They will continue to have my business as long as I’m in the area!

The guys were so nice and let me know about the frequency of oil changes needed and checked my fluid levels and tire pressure. They could have changed my oil but they didn't and let me know when to come back to get my oil changed.

David was very understanding of the issues I had with my car today. Everything was taken care of in a very professional manner as well as everything was explained to me of what they were doing. His staff were all very pleasant as always. Thanks Jiffy Lube!!!! See you in a couple months!

Quality service! Constantly always being fast,kind,knowledgeable and reasonable pricing with reassurance that your vehicle is safe to go or no go. There are many locations I can go to but the one on South Michigan street is definitely top tier!
