I was traveling in an emergency type situation and had missed my appointment for an oil change the previous day. Needed to find a quick fix and stopped here in route to my destination. They did a great job of working quickly and professionally.

Honest, hard working boys! Very speedy, efficient, and straight to the point. I like iiiit!!! They didn't try to talk me into any add on: extra bells & whistles OR; skip over any prior promised services (which is why I changed to begin with [?!?who doesn't rotate a set of marked tires?!? DUH!! {The guys who underestimate a pretty woman, to not being an Intelligent, forward-thinking, & checking pretty woman. Intelligent enough to change a distributor AND take a paint marker to 4 tires, simply to check the temperature of Your Integrity fellas!.... Guys who sold ya the car, and in the Very next breath;... lost your business!]

The guys did a great job. Fast, professional and not pushy. They asked about rotating my tires. I said no. Should have. They know what they are doing.

I traveled from Mississippi to New Castle, IN to stay at the home of a friend with whom I served with in the Navy. Together, we traveled to Detroit, MI to honor a former shipmate who lost his battle with cancer. Before my return trip home, I stopped at Jiffy Lube for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was timely and professional. Also had an opportunity to meet some other Vets.

I’ve been going to the Jiffy Lube in New Castle for over 10 years. They always do a good job with my oil changes. It is quick and easy, you can sit in your car while the service is done. I like the complimentary coffee and they added a water dispenser since the last oil change.

There was really no wait to get tge vehicle in and they kept me up on everything...even suggested some things I needed...so helpful and friendly!

Fast oil change service and very great service from the service techs there. I showed up and they had me finished in under 30 minutes!

Every time I go into Jiffy Lube here in New Castle Indiana the staff is so respectable and polite they explain everything to you and I think Jeff is just the greatest.. Meet a lot of good people who really like Jeff Jiffy Lube and I let you know now I will be back with all of my automobiles for Jiffy Lube to service.
