Got me right in and had changed my oil and wiper blades also filled my fluids and did a thorough check of everything else all while I dealt with 4 hungry kids they brought out snacks for them as well they were super nice and did a great job!!

I was so glad Jiffy Lube was open on a Sunday, very helpful experience.

Great! People helped me with the tire. Blowout gave me a free tire to get me home. Fixed my tire the next day for like 120 bucks 130 after tax. Not only that did my oil change for $20 off and they were all respectful and helpful and gave me the best advice to protect my engine, my car and everything. I appreciate jiffy lube and everything that they are. Great job guys

This was a very nice and respectable store. They give you detailed quotes. Especially the hourly rate to fix anything is a 130. In case anyone is wondering. I have a leak in my transmission.I got a good quote, but it was quite high. I must get a second opinion but so far my car runs great and I choose the top of the line oil change and you should too. taking care of my car that gets me comfortably where I want to go is worth the extra expense also get the air filter replaced. and call ahead and ask for the 25 dollar coupon you're welcome.

Everything went well with my visit for the most part. There was one thing that I wanted done that they were not able to complete, and that was installing a new cabin air filter.

Oil change. GREAT AND FAST SERVICE

Always a positive experience. Had them change my headlight recently. Worked for a couple days, then stopped. Went back in and they replaced it and handled the warranty at no cost to me.

The Muncie location is great. The workers are always friendly and they always ensure thorough, timely work. I went in for an oil change, and got more than an oil change. I got a full service review on my car and even free advice about it. Whenever I need an oil change, this is the first place that crosses my mind.

Great experience, everyone was very kind and informative during the whole 10 minutes I sat in my car while they changed the oil.

They were really nice, they got me in and out and probably 25 minutes and they also told me about some problems that I didn’t know about. Would highly recommend!

The entire team here in Muncie is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They clearly explain what’s necessary and what’s not, making the process hassle-free. SCORE IS FOR NEW CASTLE STORE ONLY!!! Isaiah, Nick and the team at New Castle were great!!! The Muncie store, sorry to say, not so much. I had a serious issue with false pricing, promises and personal attention at the Muncie store. When Nick (Manager of New Castle) heard of my issue, without asking, was proactive and called Isaiah (District Manager) and Isaiah called me to iron the issue out. I left the New Castle store happy, after spending 250.00 addl. in service with Nick! Been going here for thirty years, always professional and efficient, and nice people.

Services were performed professionally. And very courteously, I by all employees. I was in and out in less than A half hour.

Muncie crew was super professional! Rotated my tires and oil change, Showed me that they properly torque my tires! Only thing i suggest is getting them a fan, it was mighty hot in there!
