First time using Jiffy Lube and I must say it was a great experience. I literally pulled in the back. They got me right in and was done within 15 minutes and I was on my way.

The guys were helpful and very informative.

Roger M. at the Muncie, In location changed my Transmission Fluid. He was very knowledgeable and done a great job. They also beat their other competitors prices.

Oil change

No long wait. I was in and out in a jiffy. The staff was nice and did an excellent job. I recommend Jiffy lube for your next oil change.

Quick and easy!

They did a great job and are super helpful and friendly! My car ran out of oil in the parking lot and stopped moving before I could get into a parking space there, and they filled it up and helped me get to the back. Gave me great and helpful information and helped get my fog light fixed too!

I stopped for an oil change, I was in and out in under 30 minutes.

I have to acknowledge the incredible customer service and technical professionalism I received by the entire staff but particularly Roger Murdoch. He was fair, honest and expertly performed the repairs on my vehicle. If this is the level of service regularly provided, I can truly say they have a customer for life!

Staff was professional,, communication between floor and pit was able to be heard, next step was taken until latest step was complete. Would recommend .

it was super nice to get to sit in my car drive-thru and be done best oil change I ever had and checked all my lights tires all the filters I couldn't believe how dirty they all were they were all super nice associates thank you for the good service you can even go back for up to $3,000 miles or two quarts of oil and have all of your fluids checked again and I think that's awesome

Great experience every time

The staff was wonderful, courteous, and attentive. Explained everything that was happening. Love that I can stop on anytime to have fluids and tire pressure checked for free. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

We arrived at 8:40am and we're immediately taken care of. Needed to have oil changed and the guys checked directional signals,brake lights,airfilter and really did a through job. Everyone there Jiffy Lube on McGalliard was polite,professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Shane A (upper bay) Romero J ( lower bay) CT -Anthony B. and Trevon M - cashier,who we found out had moved to Muncie from St.Pete.Fl where we just moved from. We shared our love for this town,the community and the caring friendly business people here. Highly recommend this location and Jiffy Lube.

bought my first car in January and needed my first oil change. went here and got more then an oil change. full over view of my car! employees here friendly, thoughtful, and very fast! i WILL be coming back!

I am pleased that they tried to be thorough w my oil change as that means everything…no blowing engines up n losing law suits n such when u pay attention

I’m going on a road trip next weekend and knew I needed an oil change, but a worker informed me that my back tires were bad and I had no idea. This potential saved me from a dangerous accident on the interstate and I am so grateful for him. There was also a long line, but I was offered a $20 discount and snacks and water while waiting. An employee thanked me for being patient, but in all actuality I was the one who was thankful for all of the staff today. They worked great as a team under pressure and heat, and did it so gracefully. I wish I had the names of everyone on shift today, but if you’re reading this, you know who you are! ??Thank you for great service!
