I rarely write reviews. But the Jiffy Lube on McKinley in Mishawaka, IN has great customer service and did a great job !

I am on a road trip across the USA and I had concerns about my vehicle’s warning light and brakes. I stopped at Jiffy Lube for an oil change and to ask for advice. They solved EVERYTHING. Warning light was just an error, brakes were inspected and tires checked - everything to make sure I was safe for the next 5,000 miles of the trip. Very kind, caring, fair - did not try to talk me into any unnecessary repairs. Thank you, Jiffy Lube for giving me peace of mind.

We travel to Northern Indiana every summer from Georgia to visit family & friends. Since I use Jiffey at home , I figured to use a familiar name here . The service was outstanding here also . Thank you ??

Stopped in for an oil change and had a great experience. They got me in pretty quickly, explained everything without trying to sell me a bunch of extra stuff, and had me back on the road in no time. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the waiting area was clean. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change

This guys are great. It was a very hot day and they offered me a bottle of water. It worked tirelessly and have great customer service.

I have always had a good experience at Jiffy Lube and I was driving on I-90 this week and had to run over part of a blown out Tire due to traffic on both lanes at my side. I immediately heard something on the bottom of my car making noise the next morning I had to return to Chicago but I stopped at Jiffy Lube when they opened at 8:00 and Jeff greeted me and was able to look under the car and remove the heat shield and rebolt the plastic to the front bumper. All 3 of the men on duty that day were so kind and helpful and I just can't say enough good about the staff that works at Jiffy Lube on McKinley that is a great team there.

I knew driving in my car issues could have been expensive. The manager Mike was patient professional and informative. He made no promises but he was confident that he and his crew could handle the situation. The mechanic Robby got right on it. Not only did he repair the problem I came in with he also repaired and took the time to clean up another issue caused by a different oil change company. Everything was completed far faster and for much less money than I expected. It's Jiffy Lube from now on for me and my family. THANK YOU!

Interacting with this particular Mishawaka location as always been a pleasure! Mike and the others have always been professional, friendly, and their team is extremely good at what they do. Over the years, we have brought many of our vehicles to this Jiffy Lube location and have experienced the same quality and service every time.

Went to Jiffy Lube yesterday for a standard oil change and got way better service than expected. The team was thorough and proactive. They checked my air filter and cabin filter, and I was shocked by how horribly dirty they actually were. I'm so glad they caught it and replaced them on the spot. Great, efficient service and excellent attention to detail! Manager Bob 5 stars!!

Extremely quick service and very friendly. Love that they are open on Sunday. Dropped my car off at 9 and had it back by 3:30 the next day. Will definitely be back!

The experience here at Jiffy was great! I’d give their customer service an A+ . Mike was a pleasure to work with. I am actually in a rental car that needed to be serviced. I arrived at the location at 6:38 because I work late . When I arrived I was informed it would need approval. I explained to Mike that I work the next 14 days the same times they are open . Mike went the extra mile to call up the correct department to get the service approved even during closing he still kept a smile, was patient while waiting on Hertz, offering water & great service! Thanks to him & his team (AJ & AUSTIN) that worked on the service and stayed over to get it done! NOW THAT IS THE TRUE DEFINITION OF NEVER LEAVING THE CUSTOMER UNHAPPY! I’ll be back , keep up the good work Mike!!

Very friendly service, fast and helpful

We came in when they had like an hour left till they closed. They told us we need new brake pads asap. Robby and Mike stayed late to install the new pads so we could keep driving the car safely.
