Honestly when I got the “oil change needed” message on my dash, my first instinct was to go to Jiffy. It was my first time at this location and I have to say they went above and beyond. Scott was the first to greet us and directed us to our Bay, we also had Red and Dre who worked to get us in and out, I knew I had to fill my windshield fluid soon, even had a gallon in my car, but Red went right ahead and filled it for me. If I could I would give 10 stars because customers service was absolutely amazing.!

Other options to choose from, but Ashante makes the difference to choose Jiffy Lube. Also, during a tire rotation a nail was found in a tire. I didn't know it was there, b/c it didn't trigger any of the cars sensors.

The service we received was top notch. The technician was attentive and provided the correct information needed to complete the needed repairs. We were also able to take advantage of the top fluid topped off to ensure that the levels were why they are supposed to be.

I was at Jiffy Lube this past Saturday and every employee was polite and kind! They kept me updated on what they were doing and explained that a part had to be delivered for my car. I didn’t wait long at all for the part, it was delivered in minutes! Very fast and good service. I’ll be back!
