We cannot express enough appreciation to the helpful, kind staff at this Jiffy Lube location! We were road tripping and suddenly had a loud mental noise coming from under the car. We pulled right in and their staff looked at it right away and fixed us up so we could safely make it to our destination. Super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you times a million to this crew!

Drove up early in the morning to get an oil change and tire rotation, red and his associate were very professional and as they were doing the tire rotation, they advised me that my rear driver's side tire wouldn't come off. Red suggested that I get 4 new tires. I just got that oil change and I told them I'd be back next week for a tune-up. I was very happy with the service.

Needed help with low tire pressure while traveling. Greeted us with a smile and was most courteous with our request to check our tire pressure. Nicest man.

They were slow today but gave me a nice discount and a free car wash pass for the inconvenience

Both staff were absolutely amazing and informative . If I didn’t live in Indianapolis , I would only utilize this location to service my vehicle .

Had a reqular oil change. Went well, fast and at reasonable priced.

I have had your folks change oil and filter for years, and will continue. We all have faults, mine is hearing with hearing aids. Just a suggestion to the staff is speak up loud and clear we old folks have a hard time especially when they are low talkers. Just a suggestion!

Service is ALWAYS a 10/10 I used to live in Michigan City, now I reside in Miller. I make the commute to this location because the service is so great. Ashanti is the absolute best and very professional and knowledgeable.

Jiffy Lube on Franklin St in Michigan City is great. The staff is totally professional but relaxed in a ‘no problem” way. I returned today and was so pleased to see Ashante was still employed there.

Honestly when I got the “oil change needed” message on my dash, my first instinct was to go to Jiffy. It was my first time at this location and I have to say they went above and beyond. Scott was the first to greet us and directed us to our Bay, we also had Red and Dre who worked to get us in and out, I knew I had to fill my windshield fluid soon, even had a gallon in my car, but Red went right ahead and filled it for me. If I could I would give 10 stars because customers service was absolutely amazing.!
