I really appreciate this Jiffy Lube location. Everyone here is super nice, incredibly fast, and shows great attention to detail. It is just a wonderful staff all around. The office manager at the front desk was fantastic—super welcoming, highly professional, and really helped me out with the billing and explaining the paperwork. They are very understanding of your situation and always take excellent care of the customer. Back in the service bay, Ty, the garage service tech manager, did an amazing job during my service on 7-7-2026. He is a true professional who is highly knowledgeable and gets right to work. He diagnosed the mechanical issue, got under the truck, and fixed it like it was nothing, telling me I was good to go. He went above and beyond by explaining the whole process clearly so I knew exactly what was being done. I’ve had my truck serviced here before and paid for work, but even coming in for a routine checkup that ended up being fully covered, they treated me with the exact same top-notch care. I had an amazing experience, highly recommend this team, and will absolutely be going back any time I need service.
