Amanda was really cool & explained everything very well!

Did my Mobil 1 oil change here last year and didn’t leave a review, will be back soon!

They did great with my vehicle. I only wish that management would give the workers a high output fan so I can stay in my van and not be sweating like crazy.

I’ve been going here since December of last year, they have serviced my Jetta , Taurus and now my fusion. They are great people! Always fast , honest and reliable! I will be taking my other vehicles here when it’s time as well!

Jiffy is right. Very fast, professional service. Price is about average, though, and the charge to top up fluids is a bit outrageous (hence losing a star). But easy-in-easy-out reliable, trustworthy and consistent service always gets my vote overall. I like things easy. Went to the South St. and Earl location. Easy peasy.

I've been twice but each time I was very impressed with how communicative the staff were. Went in for 6-month oil changes and faced completely different staff each time, but they took care of me quickly and professionally. They're always looking to help educate you on your car, how everything looks, and they keep their eye out for additional issues you might not be aware of. I think it was Connor who helped me this last time, he double- and triple-checked all prices he quoted us for to ensure we knew what we'd be paying. Overall very easy and professional experience.

My oil change here went wrong because they didn’t secure the skid plate. I couldn’t drive home because I discovered this at 7pm and I don’t live in the area. But they made it right by fixing the problem. They didn’t argue that it was somehow my fault and they gave me a free oil change for my trouble. In any service industry, how you treat your customers is number one. They took care of me and admitted to their mistake and I respect that. Honest mistakes happen, it’s how a shop responds that demonstrates good service.

Amanda- the manager is always so helpful! They even vacuumed! I was out of there in 15 minutes including having a car ahead of mine!

They took my car in immediately, checked it, topped up my oil and wiper fluid and I was out in 10 minutes. Couldnt have been easier!

Was serviced fast and efficiently checking lights, air filter, tires, odometer and fluids they even washed my windshield. We went over all the services they provided making sure I got what I want and needed. They educated me on different options of oil fitting my price range, higher quality and better/best performance. Everyone was very attentive and professional. I left feeling well taken care of and reassured my car was maintenanced correctly! Thank you guys!
