The manager was so full of wonderful knowledge and I had such a great conversation with him. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Laporte.

Needed a quick check up and top up on Fluid. They checked it out, told me about my leak area and topped it up.

Josh has always been incredibly helpful and up front about the services my car needs. I could tell he felt bad that my car needed such a big tune-up today, but I was fully prepared to hear the news. Just means a lot that he cares and always takes good care of us. He goes above and beyond to provide great service.

Oil change

Went for a regular car servicing. Staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, particularly the worker Caleb and the manager Josh. Turns out I was having some problems with my backside valve cover leaking despite my car being relatively new. They explained to me what was going on and answered all my questions. Will definitely be coming back!

I had a grinding experience with Jennifer and Josh. My back breaks needed changed asap. The service was quick and done diligently. Delores, my Toyota 4Runner, couldn’t ride better! Thank you again guys! Great work!

I was supposed to get an oil change at the dealership but they were closed because of a power outage and Jiffy Lube really pulled through for me. They got me in immediately, did a great job, and didn’t break the bank. Highly recommend!

Super friendly and accomodating employees.

I left Jiffy Lube to try the new Valvoline oil change place and it was horrible. They tried to high-pressure sell me like a used car salesman and they put a piece of black foam in my cabin air filter and charged me a ridiculous amount for it! I went back to Jiffy Lube and they replaced the cabin filter with the correct one and gave me a 50% discount (with a coupon I had) for my oil change. They’ve always been respectful and straightforward, with no pressure. So I learned my lesson. I’ll stick with Jiffy Lube! Thank you!

The oil change was efficient, the staff was courteous, and things proceeded flawlessly. This was my first encounter with Jiffy Lube and the cost was higher than I usually pay.

Fast, maybe I got lucky. Everyone was friendly, got oil change, cheaper than dealers but more than DIY. I’m ok with that considering I didn’t want to get under the car. Will do my next oil change there.
