All around great service. Took time to explain what I needed and what I didn't need. I will bring both vehicles back to Jiffy Lube in LaPorte.

Very sweet very helpful

I had my oil change warning come up and went to Jiffy Lube on a whim because I usually do my own oil changes. I'm glad I did because there was no wait time and I was done and back on the road with 25 minutes. They were very thorough and didn't make me feel obligated to buy add one, but gave me suggestions.

Service was great. Even fixed my shield that had got detached. Wish I would have remembered to give him my 25.00 coupon when I checked out.

Diane and the whole crew were so friendly from beginning to end. They really take care of you from the moment you pull up. I never felt lost because they communicate with you right away. They take good care of their customers, that’s for sure.

Excellent service! I have an older vehicle in nice shape that I want to maintain well on a limited budget, and the team at my Jiffy Lube really helped. Courtesy Tech Caleb explained what was happening and rechecked tire pressure when the level listed on my doorframe did not match the standard for my vehicle listed with Jiffy Lube. CSA Joshua answered all my questions and concerns in a professional, pleasant manner. He also warned me that my year-old battery was not being held down properly (and explained why it really should be!), and fashioned an appropriate hold-down for it. He found a correct size/shape wiper and blade, though the specific one for my vehicle was not in stock, and overall made me feel fortunate to have this team of workers assisting me. Thanks to all the staff!

Quick,friendly and reliable! What more can you ask for?! They always go above and beyond.i came in for a battery replacement and not only did it take 30 minutes if that but they also noticed my tires were low and filled them up for me without asking which was a lifesaver as it was really cold that day so i had been regretting doing it. Thank you laporte team for always being great!
