Experience was great. The crew did my oil change and replaced my front break pads and discs. How ever upon my cross country trip to Texas, the front passenger brake caliper fell off inside the wheel. Upon letting the shop know the manager was great, he said he would refund my money ( said to call him back on Monday) and said he would talk with his techs. Later on I received a call for a customer service person that said he would be refunding my money after an investigation and to wait for a call from him and he would be dealing with the problem not the store. Called the store and the manager got me squared away with a full refund. Still disappointed with the service manager person that I talked to and never heard back from, but the Jeffersonville store manager took care of me. Never had this happen in the past 20 years I have taken my vehicles to Jiffy Lube, no body is perfect, and mistakes happen. In the end I will continue to use Jiffy Lube for regular service and maintenance.

So glad I chose Jiffy Lube for our oil change. Justin was very helpful and his honesty meant a lot. He could’ve easily just taken my money for a service I thought I needed, but he let me know it would not be the best spend right now. That is huge in a world that constantly wants more money.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube in Jeffersonville, and Connor made it even better. From the moment I drove in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. He explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the service, and made sure I understood what was being done without ever making me feel pressured. What really stood out was his personality. Connor has a great sense of humor and kept the atmosphere light and enjoyable while still being efficient and focused on his work. It's not often you leave an oil change smiling, but he made the whole experience surprisingly fun. The service was quick, thorough, and done right the first time. It's obvious Connor likes his job and truly cares about providing great customer service. Employees like him are the reason people come back. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Jeffersonville, and if you get the chance, ask for Connor you'll be in great hands!
