????? Excellent service! I came in about 30 minutes before closing, and they treated me like I was their first customer of the day. The oil change was super quick, and everyone was friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

After going to another quick lube and being turned away, I went to this Jiffy Lube and Connor ordered exactly what I needed. He took care of me and was super helpful, not to mention extremely polite.

Dropped my car off this morning and called about 12:00. My car was ready. They changed my oil and topped off all my fluids and gave me $30 off my services. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube! Ask for Andrew he will take good care of you!

Quick service, friendly staff, amazing job

While waiting in one line that was taking longer than usual, the line next to me was moving at a faster pace. I asked how much longer it would take for the care ahead of me since I had already been there for over 30 minutes. They apologized and moved the next car in the other line so they could take care of me. On top of this, they gave me an additional discount on top of the one I had. Great customer service!

Great place, wanted to try something closer to home and they've been great very kind, offered coupons to help me out with things I needed on my car, also have refreshments for hot July days! I'll be back and making this my new place for oil changes!

Andrew was working alone in 90 degree heat and proved that you can still provide excellent customer service! Very polite and did not make me feel like a burden. No review on the actual oil change because it’s only been 2 hours but I trust he did a good job. -Jeffersonville location

Lacey and Andrew are amazing !!!! I would not talk my car anywhere else

Lacey is one of the hardest working women I have ever seen. my dad has always taken care of my vehicle issues and he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in January. Lacey and Andrew both patiently and kindly went through all the issues with my car and educated me on what I needed to do to prevent any further damage.

Cannon and Lacy are great at what they do, Lacy made it a point to take care of me from the moment I pulled up and got me a great deal on tires as well. Cannon needs a raise he’s knowledgeable and efficient

Excelente servicio buena atencion

Had a bit of a wait, but they did inform us that there only 3 people working, so ok but then I was a bit confused about the service offered during oil change it said they vacuum the car and clean the window while you wait, we were never asked to get out the car and the oil change was done while we sat inside and waited, but overall Good friendly service.

Had my slip plate reattached. The service was quick and professional. They ended up not charging me because the job was so minimal. Overall, pleased with my visit.

I showed up at 10am on a Sunday, I had a fleet vehicle that needed serviced. They got me right in and I was out within 30 mins max! The team did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning for my next service.
