As a woman I always feel apprehensive to go do anything car related. But the people at this Jiffy Lube were so personable and nice that it was quite possibly the best oil change experience I've ever had. It's a hot day and they offer cold water and make you feel real taken care of!

Lo provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and made me feel taken care of from the moment I arrived. He greeted me with a warm smile and even offered me a water while I waited for my car to be serviced, which made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. The staff was great as well — professional, helpful, and pleasant throughout my visit.

Everyone at the shop was very attentive & made sure my car was running well before I left the lot. The waiting area had everything I needed to work remotely while I waited.

Seems overpriced, but the service is really friendly and I got in and out quickly. they did accept the coupon which was $27 off

Great service!!!

I had to wait 45 minutes. The crew was very pleasant during this time. While waiting, I had to change lanes 4 times. Not really complaining, just seemed as if they wasn't ready to work in a fashionable manner. I will go back. Every place of business has its off days.

I was told that it was to soon for my oil change. I have a new car, so Kristen told me where to find and read the mileage. I will return when it's time. Thank you Kristen.

Quick service. $177 for oil and air filter. Hefty price increase since March.

Need brake lights replaced, as well as the engine air filter, along with the oil change. They didn't have the engine air filter in stock, but went and got it for me quickly. I got everything done that I needed to, and I'm thankful for the great service.
